Two new Soulbind Conduits that work for all classes were added to the game in the latest 9.1 build and drop from the new world boss Morgeth.
Morgeth, Tormentor of the Damned drops Item Level 233 loot, including two new Item Level 200 Soulbind Conduits that can be used by all classes.
Adaptive Armor Fragment (Potency Conduit) - When you are healed by another player, increase your Agility / Intellect / Strength by 60 for 15 seconds. This can only occur once every 30 seconds. Condensed Anima Sphere (Endurance Conduit) - When you take any damage, heal for 2% of your maximum health. This can only occur once every 10 seconds.
Mor'geth's Loot Table
Here is a list of all items that drop from Mor'geth in Chains of Domination. The gear has Item Level 233.

As more players are getting to that point with all 17 mission table companions' levels maxed out, we thought we'd take a look at just what happens at that point (as well as share some general table tips). The most interesting news here is that (unfortunately) even with all the companions at level 60, you'll still be getting the Xp missions!
HarryNohara shared this not-so-great info, as well as a few other details of a fully leveled table with all 17 companions at max.
While there was a period when players were very much regretting completing some of the campaign missions, as their table would upgrade all the missions to the next level threshold (which their companions couldn't keep up with) it might be a good time to actually do that now, if your companions are high enough level, as HarryNohara explains:
It is at max rank, I completed the final campaign missions over 3 months ago. Increasing rank used to be a bad idea, but today I can only recommend increasing rank, since you still get the missions of the two prior ranks, and rewards do get a bit better at the highest rank, mostly more Anima.
I get normal missions that are level 36, 48 and 60 (rank 3, 4 and 5), rares are 37, 49 and 61, and elite missions are 38, 50 and 62.
I can complete all missions with 1 companion and 4 troops, however, missions don’t get easier, they just level up with your troop level. So if your troops are level 54 and you unlocked the last rank of missions, your normal/rare/elite missions will be level 54/55/56.
We also recently found out that your troop level is actually calculated across ALL your Covenants if you switched, using a median calculation (you can read more about that here). Another useful piece of info, if you're not maxed out with the table campaign, is that you can see which part of the campaign you're on and also find out how close to the next upgrade you are, which we covered here, and if you need even more mission table tips, we have a compilation here.
Here are all class changes that went live in the latest 9.1 build
Necrotic Wounds - Bursting a Festering Wound converts it into a Necrotic Wound, absorbing 5% of all healing received for 12 sec and healing you for the amount absorbed when the effect ends, up to 5% of your max health. Demon Hunter
Desperate Instincts (Level 35 Talent) -Additionally, you automatically trigger Blur with 50% reduced cooldown and duration when you fall below 35% health. This effect can only occur when Blur is not on cooldown. Netherwalk (Level 35 Talent) - Slip into the nether, increasing movement speed by 100% and becoming immune to damage, but unable to attack. Lasts 5 6 sec. Vengeance + Havoc
Soul Rending (Level 35 Talent) - Leech increased by 5%. 10%. Gain an additional 25% 20% Leech while Metamorphosis is active. Rogue
Deathspike - Serrated Bone Spike has 2 additional charges and hits 2 launches 1 additional bone spike at nearby enemies. Shaman
Unleash Shield - Consumes your active Elemental Shield, unleashing it on your target. Unleash your Elemental Shield's energy on an enemy target. Cooldown increased to 30 seconds (was 20 seconds). Warlock
Contained Perpetual Explosion - Impending Catastrophe's final explosion damage over time is increased by 75% plus 15% for each enemy target hit on the way to its final target. PvP Talents
Casting Circle - Summons a Casting Circle for 8 12 sec. While within the casting circle, you are immune to silence and interrupt effects. Shadow Rift - Conjure a Shadow Rift at the target location lasting 2 sec. Enemy players within the rift when it expires are teleported to your Demonic Circle. Must be within 40 yds of your Demonic Circle to cast. Amplify Curse - Reduces the target's movement speed by an additional 20%. Increases casting time by an additional 30% 40%. Essence Drain - Whenever you heal yourself with Drain Life, the enemy target deals 5% reduced damage to you for 6 10 sec. Stacks up to 5 times.
