y Witch Doctor Spirit Barrage Build Mundunugu’s NEVER CRIT

My Witch Doctor Spirit Barrage Build with the Mundunugu’s does no (yellow) Critical hit … but i m Paragon 700 with 50-55% crit chance
i kill a Grift solo Boss 100 … Exemple and i see 1 or 2 Crit dmg …

but my new wiZard with 25 % Crit chance … on Same boss or mobs … i can see like … 50-60 crit dmg before he dies…

 

MY SETTING are good  ... ON

Some skills in Diablo III cannot crit, for example: Rend, Spirit Barrage, but their damage scales with Critical Hit Chance/Critical Hit Damage stats.
