Arran147 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2021 So i cant play frost mage without Freezing Rain, since it was part of my Artifact weapon i cant live without it, the Dungeon Frost mage is so awful to play for me without it.. and.. its really Strong, my question is simple.. if i get the Cold Front legendary (30 FB/Flurry = Frozen Orb) does Freezing Rain proc?
