Shaman Class Changes in Patch 9.1 Build 38872

Windfury Totem has been buffed by 10% for Enhancement Shamans and Unleash Shield (PvP Talent) changed as well on the 9.1 PTR in Build 38872.

Shaman

Enhancement

  • Windfury Totem Windfury Totem - Summons a Windfury Totem with 5 health at the feet of the caster for 2 min. Party members within 30 yds have a 10% 20% chance when they auto-attack to swing an extra time.

PvP Talents

  • Unleash Shield Unleash Shield - Summons a whirlpool for 6 sec, reducing damage and healing by 40% 50% while they stand within it.

As its alrdy at 20% after starting at 10% then at 58 getting a 10% boost do we still get a boost of 10% at 58 so making it 30% or have they got rid of that.

Just checked on a 60 shaman it stays at 20% so no buff at all.

Windfury is already a 20% change on live and remains a 20% on ptr was really hoping it would bump up to 30% on ptr sadly not

      Here are all Priest class changes that went live this week on the 9.1.5 PTR.

      Halo (Level 45 Talent) - Creates a ring of Holy energy around you that quickly expands to a 30 yd radius, healing allies for [ 144% 115% of Spell Power ] and dealing [ 103% of Spell Power ] Holy damage to enemies. The spell now deals reduced healing beyond 6 targets. Divine Star now deals reduced healing beyond 6 targets. The spell cap is now independent on the outgoing/return trips.

      Hunter Beast Mastery Fixed an issue that caused more pet abilities than intended to have their cooldown reduced by Kindred Beasts (PvP Talent). Dungeons and Raids
      Sanctum of Domination Eye of the Jailer Fixed an issue that sometimes caused Annihilating Glare to be cast on transition into Phase 2. Painsmith Raznal Fixed an issue causing players to be hit by two floor spikes in quick succession when moving through them at very high speeds. Sylvanas Windrunner Implemented additional performance improvements to the beginning of the encounter.

      Efflorescence received a new animation. We previewed it here. PvP Talents
      Keeper of the Grove - Tranquility's healing is increased by 100% and is unable to be interrupted. Tranquility protects you from all harm while it is channeled, and its healing is increased by 100%. Strength of the Wild - When using Regrowth on an ally the initial heal will always have a critical effect and the cast time of Regrowth will be reduced by 50% for 6 sec. When using Regrowth on an ally the initial heal will have a 50% increased critical chance and the cast time of Regrowth will be reduced by 30% for 6 sec. Strength of the Wild radius increased from 6 to 10 yards in PvP.
