So, was there only going to be a new hunter legendary... Nothing for any other classes? Does this mean they can't use a current legendary from the Runecarver?

Dragonflight does not include Threads of Fate, but we've got some details on how alt leveling works in the new expansion.
      Leveling Your Main Character
Leveling up the first character is linear, and you must complete the zones in the following order:
The Waking Shores > Ohn'ahran Plains > The Azure Span > Thaldraszus.
      Leveling Your Alts
When you complete the Dragonflight campaign on your main character, you can pick any of the four Dragon Isles zones for leveling and you will have World Quests and Side Quests unlocked on your alts.
Thanks to MrGM for the screenshots.

The requested snap to grid option has been implemented in this week's Dragonflight Beta build.
When you enter Edit Mode and enable the Grid and Snap options, you can snap the individual UI elements to the Grid. The new UI also lets you customize grid spacing.

Blizzard has completely overhauled the User Interface and players will get the chance to see it for the first time in the Dragonflight pre-patch.
