I don't think they're particularly worse than the S2 head piece, so IMO you can swap that for them without losing the 4/5 set bonus. But then again, I'm not an expert on this, so idk.

yeah either is fine, engineering is better in 2s for sure to see stealthers.  if i was engineering i would make the helm and buy pvp helm as my very last item

yeah we added new items to our system in preparation for future content and the tags got mixed up, so this is now showing the season 4 trinket.  well get this fixed soon, thanks for pointing it out

phase 3 pvp content has been uploaded and should be live soon.

A few items on this list are from Phase 4, so not available in season 3. Additionally, the gear outlined here doesn't bring you to 5% hit. Some things to think about maybe!

Hello! So I don't believe Dory's embrace is available right at this moment so I was wondering if you had a viable replacement for it? Currently wearing Sarg's heavy cloak.

Executioner is the main PvP weapon.  You can still use savagery if you prefer a static stat gain instead of a proc.  It is also less materials, so you can get it on a temporary weapon over executioner if you plan on replacing your weapon in a short amount of time.  Overall executioner is better, but savagery still has a use for PvP.

Don't take the Brutal Gladiator's Bonegrinder, take Brutal Gladiator's Decapitator instead with 5 points in Poleaxe specialization for Arms PVP. Most Arms PVP min maxers are taking this option for sure.
