I expected delays but now I got this. At least twitter folk will be happy, they don't care about games anyway.

Doesn't sound like Blizzard did either

I can agree on that to a certain extent, especially with their last practices.

So, does this mean we are the witnesses of the last days of Blizzard?

Would not be surprised, what with what else is going on.. Also won't be surprised to see Activision absorb Blizzard totally, or close down Blizzard entirely to save what reputation is left..

Iuno... seems like they're in full on witch hunt mode.

😕

California isn't a right to work state, if they were fired something beefy probably turned up immediately during the third party investigation, otherwise Blizzard would be facing lawsuits for both wrongful termination and defamation of character. That is because no matter what public statement Blizzard might choose to make about this, people will suspect if not outright assume that it is related to the sexual harassment lawsuit and/or investigation, based on the timing and that all were male.

10 John Does were mentioned in the lawsuit. Sooner or later we will find them out as each of them gets fired in order to make the final fine as small as they can manage.

Defamation requires a false statement of fact that's directly harmful.  Public assumptions are irrelevant, and your opinion of them is even less relevant to the case.

That, or they'll get some new blood in that actually provides some  new talent with some fresh ideas that can turn things around.

I know, recklessly optimistic.
