Need help w/ Crusader Heavens Fury Build

I'm having issues with my wrath depleting when using my Heavens Fury.

I have the all the gear, legendary gems, skills, and Kanai's cube equipped (except Stone Gauntlets-hate being slowed down!) that the build requires and am paragon 609.  I can pass Greater Rift 75 (Die 1 out of every 5 times though).  How do I keep my wrath from depleting as I see others?

Are you also using Fist of the Heavens with the Fissure Rune? The Aegis of Valor's 4-piece bonus returns 5 Wrath each time FotH does damage, with the arc effect from the rune providing increased AoE, and therefore, increasing Wrath returns even more.
