Solo Queue for Island Expeditions is coming in Patch 9.1.5.

Blizzard Logo(Source)

The time has come, adventure seekers! We hear your requests for private queues in Island Expeditions, and are now assessing the work required to release this functionality in the upcoming 9.1.5 update.

Here’s our current plan: Once 9.1.5 launches, you’d be able to set sail on your expedition alone or with a party of up to three players on these seafaring voyages.

It has been a stated goal for a few expansions to alternate between content ".0" and minor ".5" patches.  The news is therefore entirely unsurprising; not exactly a "wow" (as in surprise) moment.

3 years late change that should've been implemented from the start. Next you're going to tell me they are making warfronts PvP in next 2 years.

It was intended to be a team event while it was current, now it's not. Similar to how they snuck solo LFR queuing for BFA into 9.0.5

Cool, now that everbody will have all the mounts, I'll remove them from my Favorites. Trivial to obtain $hit ain't worth... $hit.

you still have to farm them and its not like it was that much harder when it was live cause we had all the time in the world to do it with our buddys cause no one had anything to do at the end of bfa

Yeah, that's true for those who played in BFA, those who didn't now a get an easy pass at mount farming grounds, which further devalues those mounts. You might be right though, the island mounts have been nothing but a collection boost for a while now.

nah buddy your way of seeing this matter is just a bit twisted first of all the mounts dont dropp at a better chance so nothing changes and second a nice mount that you have dont devalues just because more poeple have it a mount is nice because it looks cool not because im the only one that has it. i have completet the f-ing long stupid questline in classic to get my epic warlock mount and not the mount nor the time and effort i invested got devalued just because you learnt it now just like this. in a way i get your point but afterall those people also payd for the game so way holding something back its the same with the mage tower stuff i have it on my warlock but not my warri because he didnt exist till late bfa so im a little sad i cant get the tmogs. in my mind blizz should work on making a way to get those things but without taking every challeng out of it. i think in this way less people would think the same as you

I disagree completely, the tedious quest line for the mount awards Legacy Achievement and that counts, nobody will see it but you know you've got it and your D is bigger than theirs because if it. Seasonal rewards are good for the game, because they are the only way to truly distinguish yourself from others. In 9.3 people will solo the islands in 2-3 min and then I'll feel like a loser riding on that green parrot, but if I pop out a Legion gladiator mount it will literally drain the testosterone out of everyone in the vicinity.

ahh yeah right now i know what the real problem is you just need a way to show in a game that you are the alpha male with the biggest D and the sad newbee can suck it cause he aint gonna gat that sweet *filtered* mount you have. you just could have said it from the beginning would be much easyer to define

That's all there is to it, no problem at all.

Blizzard is adding new Feet cosmetic armor to the game in Patch 9.1.5. In this post, we're looking at the new items in more detail.
Tauren and Trolls will appreciate new boots coming in the latest patch. On the 9.1.5 PTR, they can be purchased from the Trial of Style NPCs, but their source remains unknown for now. Below, we previewed all the new models.
      Rare Boots
      Augur's Walkers

      Bloodbathed Slippers

      Boots of the Blightbelcher

      Cleric's Sabatons

      Cold Cage Moccasins

      Conjuror's Slippers

      Keeper's Strides

      Patroller's Footwear

      Shadow-Stitched Stalkers

      Stalker's Treads

      Thief's Footpads

      Virulent Gravetreaders

      Epic Boots
The epic-quality boots look better than the rare ones. Currently, we found four different tints of epic feet cosmetic armor in the game files.
      Corrupted Cleats

      Freezing Footguards

      Pustule Prancers

      Searing Stompers

Undaunted, the deaf and hard-of-hearing Warcraft guild, have completed Ahead of the Curve: Sylvanas Windrunner. Congratulations!
Undaunted is at it again! The guild earned AotC Denathrius and cleared 3/10 Mythic Castle Nathria on March 26, 2021. Yesterday, a post on Reddit revealed that they now downed Sylvanas on Heroic difficulty. Now, Mythic difficulty awaits. We wish them the best of luck! Here is a screenshot of the guild shared on Reddit.

In something that has now become a new WoW tradition, players have been gathering to celebrate the end of Summer as we now have a very thematic seasonal clock in the game! The circle is complete as we've now seen all 4 variations of the mount in-game as well.
While WoW is pretty static when it comes to seasons and, well, time in general, we now have a really cool connection to the real world in the form of the Wandering Ancient tree mount, so we'll be seeing gatherings like these below a lot!

      Source: Galaxy_119.
And some will be showing the tree off in its natural habitat, proving that even ancients can be VERY stealthy in the right conditions:

      Source: drinnster.
The Wandering Ancient is really awesome and adds extra interactivity and "feel" of the world - definitely one of the better additions to WoW in recent memory and we hope to see these little changing of seasons rituals continue on forever!
In case you're new or missed when the mount arrived, it should be in your mount collection tab already as  gift if you have Shadowlands purchased, now head on out there and showcase the new Fall colors!
