More hotfixes for BCC and Classic Era!
October 4 (Source)
Burning Crusade Classic
Brewfest is again up and running on all realms, and will end at 23:59 server time tomorrow, October 5. Developers’ note: We initially set up Brewfest 2021 in Burning Crusade Classic to run for the same duration as it ran in 2007 in original Burning Crusade, but we’ve decided to bring it back for another day. Hunter Feeding pets Sporeling Snack and Kibler's Bits no longer generates threat. WoW Classic
Fixed an issue where some spells were missing visual effects.
All "pre-made" groups will again be allowed to queue for Battlegrounds with the next weekly Burning Crusade Classic reset in each region.
With the next weekly Burning Crusade Classic reset in each region, all “pre-made” groups will again be allowed to queue for Battlegrounds.
After this hotfix, grouped players will primarily face opponents who queued in groups of similar sizes and the matchmaker will now match raid groups of 6 or more players against at least one group of 6 or more players.
If the total number of players in your raid is smaller than the maximum size of the Battleground, the matchmaker will automatically fill your side with other groups or individuals. If there are no large pre-mades in the queue, party groups of 5 or fewer players will be placed against other parties of 5 or fewer players.
Please note: Queuing alone or in small parties will not guarantee an opposing team with no large pre-mades.
Brewfest is back for an additional day after Blizzard extended its duration!

Blizzard have announced a change to the minimal global cooldown reduction after haste, coming with this weekly reset:
GCD Change (Source)
With scheduled weekly maintenance (7:00 a.m. PDT, Tuesday, September 28 in this region), Spell Haste will now lower the global cooldown (GCD) to a minimum of 1.0 second. It has been possible for players to approach a minimum of 0.75 seconds since Burning Crusade Classic launched.
This hotfix is intended to bring the behavior of the GCD in line with version 2.4.0 of Burning Crusade, which the gameplay conditions of Burning Crusade Classic 2.5.2 are based on. Due to a bug in the original 2.4.0 code, players with high Spell Haste in original Burning Crusade were sometimes able to cast certain spells less than second apart, and they would also sometimes be delayed to over a second, based on how their actions were lining up with the server’s tick rate.
With this hotfix, we’ve decided that the fairest and most accurate thing we could do is to replicate the intent of the original game and enforce that Spell Haste cannot reduce the GCD below 1.0 second.
Thank you for all of your feedback on this issue.
