how can 2 corpse skills be used at once

Reading corpse lance Necro guide. It has corpse lance as primary left mouse skill and also Devour as task bar skill. How is this possible? They are both under corpse skills as action bar skills. How can I equip multiple skills under the same button section??

Hi Roboticus, 

In the menu, go to Gameplay options, and activate "Elective mode". This will allow you to bind (almost) any  skill to to any button (some passives are not allowed on left mouse button), and allow you to freely combine several skills from the same group.
