I'm  not a Crusader main (that is, I don't think I've played one since season 10 or 11 😅) but looking through the builds, either of those Redeemers with Long Arm of the Law would indeed be conductive to an Aegis of Valor Heaven's Fury Build type build. The rolls on those (and, err, aren't they identical? I think you posted the same screenshot twice) are pretty  crappy, but still, they should work for a decent version of the build and carry you 'till you find one with better rolls.

That Khalim's Will might be usable in some speed build, perhaps, but I don't see much use for it.
