wow Patch 9.1.5 Release Candidate Class Changes: October 25th

Another batch of class tuning went live with yesterday's Release Candidate update on the 9.1.5 PTR.

Hunter

Beast Mastery

The following change was released as a hotfix on 9.1.5 PTR and it's not present in the latest development notes.

• Bestial Wrath's effectiveness reduced by 25% In PvP situations. (PvP Multiplier down from 1 to 0.8). Sends you and your pet into a rage, instantly dealing [ 74.9% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to its target, and increasing all damage you both deal by 25% for 15 sec. Removes Fear and Horrify effects from your pet. Bestial Wrath's remaining cooldown is reduced by 12 sec each time you use Barbed Shot.

WoWDB has been updated with the aforementioned class tuning hotfixes.

• Dancing with Fate - The final slash of Blade Dance deals an additional 75% 40% damage.

Soulbind Conduits

• Floral Recycling's effectiveness reduced by 50% in PvP situations. 

Mage

Baseline

• Frostbolt - Launches a bolt of frost at the enemy, causing [ 51.1% 55.19% of Spell Power ] Frost damage and slowing movement speed by 50% for 8 sec.

Frost

• Flurry - Unleash a flurry of ice, striking the target 3 times for a total of [ 94.8% 104.3% of Spell Power ] Frost damage. Each hit reduces the target's movement speed by 70% for 1 sec.
• Mastery: Icicles damage increased by 12%.

Warrior

Fury

• Auto-attack damage has been increased by 43%, not 30% as we initially wrote.

Blizzard also fixed a lot of issues with spells, you can find a full list here.

You know blizz claims that most of the boost ad accounts are compromised accounts and that's why they need to require an authenticator to stop this.

I looked up all of the accounts that were either a) advertising in trade chat or b) advertising in the group finder over the weekend.

Literally none of them were previously existing accounts. They were all burner accounts. They had zero pets. They had no mounts. They had no account wide achievements.

 

They were NOT compromised accounts. In fact, NONE of them were compromised accounts. 🤡

Well you know blizzard is not making any money from this. The Authenticator aren't for sale anymore they are replaced by an app which has no ads

 

okay i know but they collecting your data and sell them well they'll do that anyway since you have the launcher app and wow installed anyways as long as you play it you need to


Account security is still a problem so why not?

and btw only the accounts you checked that doesn't mean that every boosting ad acc is a new acc.

btw. it could also be an stolen non wow related account overwatch hearthstone n stuff. 

 

in my old guild where several ppl who had their acc stolen and some of them more then once 
but since they use the authenticator they have no problems with that anymore

This is true but having checked many accounts it is nonsensical to think that none of them would be compromised if the supposed cause for all of this was compromised accounts.

isnt it obvs that they keep those advertiser to make more money? people buy wow tokens to buy boosts and booster buy new accounts every now and then and everyone pays the monthly $ for access. also some boost communities even hire people and pay them gold to advertise their boost community since you arent allowed to have an account for advertising only anymore.

how do you even get your account stolen? register accounts on fishy sites? tell someone else your password? always useing same email and password for all your accounts around the internet? overall in my gaming time i just had 1 friend whos steam account got stolen due to his CS GO skins and him wanting to sell them on a 3rd party site.
