Lower Kurast on Hell is a good place, tons of chests, logs, corpses to loot. Go for the super chests by the bonfire(s) in case your current map rolls with two. Don't forget to set the player number to 7 in case you're playing offline single player.

easiest way is to backup character file, put runes in shared stash, restore char from backup, put runes again in shared stash, cube runes from shared stash into higher ones
