Patch 11.0 introduces a new Emissary of War weekly quest for you to complete during the Dungeon Bonus Event.
Previously, the Dragonflight Level 70 version of the quest required you to complete 4 Mythic Dungeons to earn a piece of Heroic Raid Loot.

Wowhead sat down with Game Director Ion Hazzikostas and Associate Game Director Morgan Day to talk about Mythic+ affix changes! Here are the highlights.
      Mythic+ Affixes
M+ affixes have been a contentious topic among the developers. We can expect major changes with updates to be shared in upcoming Beta builds. The current focus is on affixes that change trash behavior uniformly without adding mechanics, making planning pulls easier. Affixes are important for providing a dynamic experience for different groups of players. Affixes aim to add variety rather than difficulty.  Casuals and high-end key pushers experience affixes differently and the plan is to reduce randomness for competitive players while maintaining variety for casuals. They don't like how AoE stops have become a thing, impacting class desirability. Therefore, changes will be implemented to make mobs recast interrupted abilities. Further upgrades to affixes will be communicated via forums and blog posts in the weeks to come. The dev team is eager on receiving and incorporating community feedback to improve Mythic+. You can read the full interview over on Wowhead.
