Asklepios 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2022 Hello I,m a Diszi Priest and have read the PvP Guide on Icy Veins, on the PvE Holy Guide i have read about Stat Diminishing Returns. My Question is that in PVP the same ? It´s better in PvP and i have the Caps in Versality and Haste to go more on Mastery and Crit ? Can anyone Help me ?
