wow A Fan-Made Concept of Leveling+ Seasons in WoW

Redditor munk2 created an interesting concept of Leveling+ Seasons in WoW with old expansion content scaling to end-game difficulty and offering gear rewards relevant for current end-game content.

• The concept talks about Chromie Time being updated with Seasons.
• Each new leveling Season would be themed after an expansion, e.g. Season 1: Northrend
• Each season would consist of the zones and story quests from a single expansion, scaled to end-game difficulty.
• End-game difficulty would warrant gear rewards relevant for current end-game content.

I believe they should be doing everything in their power to allow older content to remain relevant should the player wish to engage it.

They have a treasure trove of content, it'd be great to have more reasons to revisit zones, outside of time-walking instances.

It's unfortunate their narrative is so broken up across all the zones spanning expansions, though.

I am just waiting for them to make everything in wow woke and see wow go into the gutter and die and they will only accuse the customers for being bigots instead of admitting they killed their own cash-cow for a political agenda, which a very few people ignorantly follow, if only they knew the endgame of this stupid wokeness, but i doubt they will know until after its too late and wonder why no one warned them...lol

just look at Amazon, marvel and Disney. Though with the current situation with Warner Brothers cancelling the 100 million woke Batgirl movie, perhaps the pendulum is swinging

Let's Be Honest- To have all that content in the game and to just not use it.......   It's beyond stupid. Inexplicably stupid really. It won't be useful without the right reward structure, so Blizz would have to up the ilevel of the gear drops. The rewards really control what content players will engage in. 

I like the idea and would try it out.

I also agree with what the other posts say- Blizz should be hiring some of these people. Think of all the great fan concepts: the glyph concepts from a bit back, several fans have takes on class skins, better themed tier and armor sets....... Its baffling that there is so much great fan stuff but nothing seems to trickle into the game....

I love this idea!  Get folks back to old, beautiful zones with rewards that are actually relevant to the latest content.  Dungeons and group quests from the old continents that give mythic-level gear would be an amazing alternative to gear up.

I think finding neat ways to keep stuff relevant is a good idea. However, I also think that people would have a breakdown if you started awarding relevant current tier gear from questing lol.

Well, this would add a new element of fun to the game that hasn't yet existed, so we therefore can expect that Blizz would only scoff at the idea.
