Here are the Dracthyr Evoker changes that went live in the latest Dragonflight Alpha build.

Evoker

Preservation

  • Cycle of Life Cycle of Life Every 3 Emerald Blossoms leaves behind a tiny sprout which gathers 5% 10% of your healing over 10 sec. The sprout then heals allies within 25 yards, divided evenly among targets.
  • Temporal Anomaly Temporal Anomaly - Send forward a vortex of temporal energy, healing 3 injured allies within 10 yards every 2 sec for [ 130% 173% of Spell Power ]. Lasts 8 6 sec.
  • Dream Flight Dream Flight cooldown increased to 2 mins (was 1 min).

New Talents

  • Divide and Conquer Divide and Conquer (PvP Talent) - Deep Breath sunders the ground, causing molten barriers to form on either side of you, preventing line of sight for 8 sec.

Couldn't they have just written "you gain a castrated passive Cloudburst Totem"?

PS: Still unsure why Green was chosen as "healing" flight to pair with Bronze.

Green dragons do plenty of healing, although red ones are the ones who specialize in it. As to why, probably because there are already some green healing spells, while red is more commonly associated with damage.

I'd guess due to the ties between the green dragonflight and druidism but even that's a bit of a stretch imo.

you are right it probably goes down to simply

fire red

fire make ouchi

red make ouchi

Still here hoping they decide to remove or at the least make the cooldown on Soar start ticking as soon as you use the skill, and not when you land. If I'm say, farming nodes or stuff I'll be fast moving from spot to spot so even 3 minutes it's anoying because eventually I'll have to use a normal mount and break the fantasy of a flying creature swooping around

You may have noticed the WoW servers currently not being available in all regions. Blizzard have said they're working on the issue, but we also got a more in-depth explanation from Tom Ellis, Senior Game Producer for the game.

Hopefully this is resolved soon, as this is prime time for a lot of players.

It's time to look at week 3 in Amirdrassil, with the mid-tuning round still being pretty stable. This past week sat right in the middle of two tuning passes, with the bigger one coming tomorrow/Wednesday. There was still plenty to see despite the smaller tuning changes, as Assassination is still on top, but for how long? We're also taking a look at u.gg's rankings, as we combine their Heroic and Mythic stats to try to get a better picture as the highest difficulty still doesn't have quite enough data.
      Heroic
      Overall Damage 95th Percentile
Assassination is getting better and better, with the minor fix to Envenom not having a negative effect at all. There are some nerfs coming with this week's tuning, but they probably won't change that much here. Down in the regular non-insane spec world Havoc and Demonology are still on top, but both Subtlety and Beast Mastery are VERY close behind, as the Rogue climbs a big 6 spots from the previous week. Arcane drops one to Sub, same as Enhancement to Balance, while Fury remains steady in 9th. Affliction jumps a giant 13 spots out of the bottom of the chart right into the end of the top 10, after it's buff in last week's tuning. Speaking of the bottom, Windwalker finds itself there, joined by the incorrectly calculated Augmentation (as it is far higher in reality) and some steeply falling Paladin action.

95th percentile Heroic data by Warcraft Logs.
      Overall Damage All Percentiles
Arcane is doing a lot better here, actually rising 2 spots into 2nd (with the shorter and shorter fights benefiting it), as Demonology takes down Havoc in 3rd and Enhancement does the same to BM. Subtlety moves up here as well, 3 into 7th. Fury gets itself sandwiched between Balance and Unholy, another spot gained. Down at the bottom we see Marksmanship join in, to make it an all-green bottom 3.

All percentiles Heroic data by Warcraft Logs.
      Boss Only Damage All Percentiles
The direct damage charts are stable as usual, as only Balance and Subtlety stir things up by pushing Demo down 2 spots, and we also see Shadow make a comeback, up 3 into 10th.

All percentiles Heroic data by Warcraft Logs.
      Normal
      Overall Damage All Percentiles
Arcane is using the very speedy nature of Normal to get really close to Assassination, and we should be seeing a new No.1 next week after the nerfs. Enhancement has caught on in the lower difficulty as well, moving up 5 into 4th.

All percentiles Notmal data by Warcraft Logs.
      Mythic
      Overall Damage All Percentiles
We're still not quite there when it comes to taking Mythic fully seriously, as we haven't even had the first set of big nerfs yet. However, there's still more and more data coming in so we may as well take a look anyway.

All percentiles Mythic data by Warcraft Logs.
      U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks. This is the chart for Heroic and Mythic difficulties combined.
We'll also be taking a look at u.gg's rankings, as combining Mythic and Heroic seems like a good mix for now (and you can check them out individually on their page as well). Assassination rules still even in the combo rankings, and its fellow Rogue is actually doing even better here. Feral makes it into the top 10 just below Fury, while Elemental is doing much worse than anywhere else, joining Marksmanship and the miscounted Augmentation at the bottom.

Meanwhile, if you're looking for more information you can check out our Dragonflight class guides, Amirdrassil boss guides, the raid DPS tier list, as well as more data from Warcraft Logs here.

We're looking at how many raid bosses each World of Warcraft expansion has introduced.
This chart, created by Reddit user throwaway4201251315, lays out the count of raid bosses across all WoW expansions, including Dragonflight.

The chart's fine details are hard to make out, but it's clear that the original Vanilla version launched with the highest number of raid bosses (about 55-60), whereas Dragonflight had the fewest (around 25-30), a figure similar to what we saw in Cataclysm. Notably, Blizzard's decision to skip .3 patches and the introduction of Fated Raids have contributed to a declining trend in the number of raid bosses in both Shadowlands and Dragonflight.
It seems that players generally prefer raids with 8-9 bosses, finding larger raids like Ny'alotha and Sepulcher to be exhausting.
