Reddit user Inqe created a WeekAura for all the lazy Druids who do not want to constantly open the map when porting to the Emerald Dreamway.

The overlay shows you the portal locations when you enter the Emerald Dreamway.

      There's just one slight inconsistency as ItisCaleb and Evonyte pointed out. Monks should be at Spirit, close to reality, since the Chi is a Spirit element according to the Chronicles.
