Character copies are now enabled on the Dragonflight Beta and we found out that Covenant Abilities and Legendaries WILL NOT WORK outside of Shadowlands content.

When the Dragonflight pre-patch goes live, Shadowlands Covenant Abilities and Legendaries will be disabled outside of Shadowlands content. Image courtesy of MrGM.

Dont care about legendaries or class abilities, most of them will be worked into the talents in some way or another, but i will really miss the signature ability. These should stay, or be made into one 4-choice node in talent tree.

I would miss the Kyrian Steward, with its bank and mailbox.

Also a lot of people liked to goof around with the fae soulforms.

Do we know what happens in the pre-patch?

And: Does it mean for Raiding and Dungeons we will use legendaries and covenants?

Currently, on the Dragonflight Beta, you won't reach Level 70 just by completing the campaign. You also need to run dungeons or complete side quests.
The first gating occurs in Azure Span where you need to be Level 66 to continue the Dragonflight campaign. However, you will be safe if you complete at least 3 dungeons at Level 60 and higher and you won't need to complete any side quests.
The second gating, however, is more noticeable and you will need to reach Level 70 to be able to start the final two chapters of the Dragonflight campaign.

Dragonflight includes a ton of side quests that you can easily find by opening the map for each zone and they reward you with reputation that increases your Renown with the main factions, so you would probably complete them anyway.

What do you think about gating the main campaign behind levels? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!

On live servers, the Frog'it World Quest required for "From A to Zereth", is currently available in the US region.
If you've been waiting a long time for the quest to spawn, you can now complete it on live servers, at least in the US region, according to reports.
Completing the quest is required for From A to Zereth, and ultimately, the Back from the Beyond meta-achievement that will be removed from the game soon.
From A to Zereth rewards the Cryptic Aurelid mount.

Inscription is a new profession added in Wrath of the Lich King Classic. Scribes can create glyphs that enhance spells and abilities, and craft trinkets, and off-hand items.
The maximum skill cap for Professions is increasing to 450 in Wrath Classic. Professions provide the player with various beneficial buffs in the latest Classic installment. Alchemy, for example, gives you Mixology that increases flask and elixir stats and duration.
