The World First Mythic Fyrakk kill triggered Fyr'alath to start dropping in the whole region next reset and in our latest post, we're looking at how to get the Legendary weapon!
Fyr'alath the Dreamrender will start dropping on live servers starting with the weekly reset, but the Legendary Axe comes in different stages and effects.
The initial legendary consumable drops from Fyrakk. Apparently, it has an increased drop chance on higher difficulties. Once equipped, players will be overwhelmed with shadowflame (Fyr'alath the Dreamrender) and must embark on a questline to unlock the item level 500 Legendary axe.
The axe comes with two effects (please note the placeholder values):
Rage of Fyr'alath - Unleash the Rage of Fyr'alath to charge towards your target and swing repeatedly, dealing 0 Shadowflame damage over 3 sec to all who would stand in your way. (Instant, 25 yd range, 2 min cooldown) Fyr'alath the Dream Render - Your attacks apply Mark of Fyr'alath, dealing 0 Shadowflame damage over 15 sec. Upon activation, Fyr'alath draws in the flames from all marks to increase its damage by 10%. Upon equipping the consumable that drops from Fyrakk, you will receive a quest and must visit a Shadowflame expert named Eadweard Dalyngrigge, located in Thaldraszus who will tell you to gather 3 components to withstand the heat so you can equip the weapon. This is very similar to the Evoker Legendary Questline.
You must get the following items obtainable from professions/crafting:
Erden's Glowspore Grip (Leatherworking) Lydiara's Binding Rune (Inscription) Shalasar's Sophic Vellum (Enchanting) However, they are to as easy to get as you may think...
To craft Erden's Dreamleaf Grip, you will need:
400 Zaralek Glowspores 3 Obsidian Cobraskin 5 Dreaming Essence 50 Mireslush Hide 1 Prototype Dreamleaf Grip To receive 1 Prototype Dreamleaf Grip, you must gather 200 Shadowed Dreamleaves from Superblooms.
The next item you will need is Lydiara's Binding Rune. This requires:
10 Shadowflame Essence 250 Cosmic Ink 50 Runed Writhebark 1 Prototype Binding Rune You must collect 50 Taut Tethercoils from Emerald Dream Rares to receive 1 Prototype Binding Rune. This isn't a 100% drop rate, so this quest may take a while to complete.
The final item is Shalasar's Sophic Vellum. Crafting it requires the following reagents:
150 Awakened Fire 100 Awakened Earth 50 Awakened Order 200 Resonant Crystal 1 Prototype Order Vellum Finally, you must gather 20 Radiant Flecks of Ash from powerful gear with Ashen Dowsing Rod. Basically, you're disenchanting Season 3 gear for quest items here. Once you've accrued 20 pieces, you will get 1 Prototype Order Vellum.
Once you have all 3 items, you can presumably wield the Legendary Axe, but nobody has obtained it yet on live servers, so there may be some additional steps and quests that we haven't covered here.

Blizzard have responded to players' comments on the relative small amount of class tuning coming with this week's reset, explaining their reasoning and stating that there will be more coming next week.
Tuning Response (Source)
This afternoon, we posted about class tuning that we’re doing tomorrow. These changes were informed by class performance over the first two weeks of the season.
When a new season begins, we collect a huge amount of data about class performance, item acquisition rates, PvP statistics, etc. During this time we will fix any critical, disruptive, or otherwise immediate problems that come up as quickly as we can. We also need to be careful about any changes we plan and ensure we have adequate data to make informed decisions, and then additionally need time for testing the changes we’re making to avoid further issues. Alongside the changes in the above link, we’re planning to send an additional batch of tuning changes that will be released during restarts on the week of December 5th, which will probably include some buffs and some nerfs.
We’ll continue to make adjustments regularly, based on data and feedback, but probably not as often later in the season compared to these early few weeks.

Week 2 of Amirdrassil raiding brings us an even fuller picture, as so many more guilds have finished things up and added their data to the logs! Assassination is the new all-king, as the spec is literally at the top of every chart, so let's dive in and see.
Don't forget, we're focusing on Heroic for a while, as the Mythic numbers are just very unreliable at the moment, with so few guilds having even gotten through half the raid.
Heroic
Overall Damage 95th Percentile
Beast Mastery's fix brings it down even further in week 2, losing another two spots as Assassination moves even further in front, in ALL categories. Havoc and Demo are pushing up at BM's expense, and Arcane is very much on the rise as well. Enhancement actually gains the most spots at the top, 3 up into 6th, while Balance drops 2. Unholy moves two up as the last patch No.1 is still doing pretty good, leaving Fury and Subtletly to close out the top 10. Windwalker joins the bottom 3, where Destruction has fallen to the very last spot, and Augmentation remembers its glory days from down low.
Update: I mentioned this last week but forgot this week: Augmentation's damage is not very accurate and is considerably higher than what is seen here because of the way it's logged. You can check out this video for the details (thanks for the reminder Sweaksh).
95th percentile Heroic data by Warcraft Logs.
Overall Damage All Percentiles
Yellow is on top everywhere this week, and we see a very similar top 10 here, with only Arcane standing out a little, 1 higher than last week. Marksmanship is the new addition to the bottom 3.

Boss Only Damage All Percentiles
Another massive lead for Assassination, with Arcane and Enhancement the closest to it, as the top 10 looks very similar to the AoE rankings above, even in the bottom.

Normal
Overall Damage All Percentiles
While it's still on top here in the land of many logs, Assassination still comes out on top, but Arcane is right behind it and looking to take over, as the shorter fights give it even more power. Unholy is also doing better here, with Arms pushing into 6th and representing Warriors at the top instead of Fury. We even see Devastation make an appearance in the top 10!

Mythic
Overall Damage All Percentiles
So I guess we're peeking in on Mythic every week now, huh? While many more guilds have ventured into Amirdrassil's hardest difficulty, very VERY few have gotten past the 4th boss, so the numbers are still very swingy. Assassination still reigns supreme, however, but we see Marksmanship at the other end of the spectrum from the other difficulties. Other than that Outlaw an Elemental are doing better as well, and we have a combo of both Evokers at the very bottom.
