Two (Un)Lucky Players Loot Extremely Rare Mount on Dragonflight Beta

Here's the story of two (un)lucky players who looted Reins of the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent, a mount with an extremely low drop chance on the Dragonflight Beta, on the very same day.

The first report comes from Bodehn who looted the mount from the Sha of Anger on their Evoker.

The second person who received the mount on the same day was Jibbles2020.

With an abysmal drop chance, both tried to figure out if there was something wrong with the drop rate on the Beta and had others test it out. Unfortunately, nobody else got the drop.

Moral of the story: Never farm something on PTR/Beta you still don't have on live servers!

I wasn't really farming anything; I was testing the Soar racial ability in Kun-Lai summit and figured I would kill the Sha just for fun as I passed by since he was up. Never really expected a less than 1% drop to drop this one time, but hey, it is what it is.

It was the same with me, too. Literally just a "Hey, this'd be pretty funny if it- oh... Oh no..."

      Amirdrasssil Loot Saga: Tindral Drops 4 Identical Staves

      We're back in the department of fortunate loot drops, this time, with Tindral Sageswift dropping four copies of the same item.
      Tindral blessed a very lucky raid group with 4 pieces of Eternal Kindler's Greatstaff. While this isn't the record-breaking group who looted 5 Smoldering Seedlings from Larodar, it's still nice to see good old Tindral handing so many copies of the same item!

      Throne of the Tides Updated the model used by the Ink of Ozumat to reduce the visual effects at its base. Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope Smolderon Fixed an issue where players would sometimes gain multiple stacks of Ignited Essence from 1 Living Flame. Fixed an issue where a Seeking Inferno could explode twice on Mythic difficulty. Tindral Sageswift Fallen Feathers now spawn 6 feathers on Mythic Difficulty (was 4). Items
      Fixed an issue that caused the Large Renown bag of Dragon Isles Supplies to always unintentionally contain a Dream Wardens Tabard. Fixed an issue that could cause Gift of Urctos to fail to grant its bonuses. Quests
