Death Knight

Frost

  • Might of the Frozen Wastes Might of the Frozen Wastes While Dual-wielding your Obliterate and Frost Strike also strike with your off-hand and each weapon can be engraved with a Runeforge enchant. Wielding a two-handed weapon increases Obliterate damage by 30%, and increases the chance for your auto attack critical strikes to always grant Killing Machine.
  • Improved Killing Machine renamed to Frostreaper Frostreaper and changed. Your next Obliterate also deals Frost damage. Killing Machine also causes your next Obliterate to deal Frost damage.
  • Empower Rune Weapon Empower Rune Weapon - Empower your rune weapon, gaining 15% Haste and generating 1 Rune and 5 Runic Power instantly and every 5 sec for 20 sec. If you already know Empower Rune Weapon, instead gain 1 additional charges of Empower Rune Weapon.
  • Avalanche Avalanche - Casting Howling Blast with Rime active causes jagged icicles to fall on enemies nearby your target, applying Razorice and dealing [ 21.4% of Attack Power ] Frost damage.
  • Glacial Advance Glacial Advance no longer has a 6 sec cooldown.

New Talents

  • Empower Rune Weapon Empower Rune Weapon -  Empower your rune weapon, gaining 15% Haste and generating 1 Rune and 5 Runic Power instantly and every 5 sec for 20 sec. If you already know Empower Rune Weapon, instead gain 1 additional charges of Empower Rune Weapon.
  • Icebreaker Icebreaker - When empowered by Rime, Howling Blast deals 30% increased damage to your primary target.

Demon Hunter

Baseline

  • Throw Glaive Throw Glaive costs 25 Fury.
  • Disrupt (Rank 2) renamed to Improved Disrupt Improved Disrupt.
  • Metamorphosis Metamorphosis - Upon landing, you are transformed into a hellish demon for 30 25 sec, immediately resetting the cooldown of your Eye Beam and Blade Dance abilities, greatly empowering your Chaos Strike and Blade Dance abilities and gaining 10% 20% Haste. Cooldown reduced to 4 minutes (was 5).

Havoc

  • Eye Beam Eye Beam - Blasts all enemies in front of you, dealing guaranteed critical strikes for up to ${({?a320,415[{${( 12.38% 14.85% of Attack Power )*10*2}}][{${( 12.38% 14.85% of Attack Power )*10}}])} Chaos damage over 2 sec. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. Cooldown increased to 40 seconds (was 30).
  • Insatiable Hunger Insatiable Hunger - Demon's Bite deals 20% 50% more damage and generates 5 to 10 additional Fury.
  • Momentum Momentum - Fel Rush, The Hunt, and Vengeful Retreat increase your damage done by 12% 10% for 6 5 sec.

Vengeance

  • Metamorphosis Metamorphosis (Rank 2) - Reduces the cooldown of Metamorphosis by 60 sec. While transformed, Shear and Fracture generate 0 additional Lesser Soul Fragment.
  • Focused Cleave Focused Cleave - Soul Cleave deals 50% 40% increased damage to your primary target.
  • Spirit Bomb Spirit Bomb - Consume up to 5 available Soul Fragments then explode, damaging nearby enemies for [ 25.43% [ 30% of Attack Power ] Fire damage per fragment consumed, and afflicting them with Frailty for 5 sec, causing you to heal for 8% of damage you deal to them. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.

New Talents

  • Fel Flame Fortification Fel Flame Fortification - Magic damage taken reduced by 6%.
  • Throw Glaive Throw Glaive - Throw a demonic glaive at the target, dealing [ 36.68% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. The glaive can ricochet to an additional enemy within 10 yards.
  • Furious Throws Furious Throws - Throw Glaive now costs 25 Fury and throws a second glaive at the target.
  • Volatile Flameblood Volatile Flameblood - Immolation Aura generates 8-8 Fury when it deals critical damage. This effect may only occur once per 1.0 sec.
  • Death Sweep Death Sweep - Strike 5 nearby enemies for [ 114.9% of Attack Power ] Physical damage.
  • Mastery: Fel Blood Mastery: Fel Blood Increases the Armor bonus of Demon Spikes by an additional 24.0% of your Agility. Increases Armor by 12.0% of your Agility. Armor bonus is doubled while Demon Spike is active.
  • Metamorphosis Metamorphosis now has a 4 min cooldown (was 5).
  • Soul Cleave Soul Cleave - Viciously strike up to 5 enemies in front of you for [ 105.3% [ 121.1% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and heal yourself for [ 50% of Attack Power ].

PvP Talents

  • Demonic Origins Demonic Origins The cooldown of Metamorphosis is reduced by 2 min, but its duration is reduced by 10 sec. Metamorphosis grants 10% Versatility and its cooldown is reduced by 60 sec.

Druid

Balance

Balance Druids received a new Mastery on the Dragonflight Beta.

  • Mastery: Astral Invocation Mastery: Astral Invocation - Your Nature spells deal 8.8% additional damage to targets affected by Sunfire. Your Arcane spells deal 8.8% additional damage to targets affected by Moonfire.
  • Eclipse Eclipse - Casting 2 Starfires empowers Wrath for 15 sec. Casting 2 Wraths empowers Starfire for 15 sec. These Eclipses occur in alternation.
    • Eclipse (Solar): Wrath cast time reduced 12% Nature spells deal 19% additional damage and Wrath damage is increased by 20%.
    • Eclipse (Lunar): Starfire cast time reduced 12% Arcane spells deal 19% additional damage and Starfire critical strike chance is increased by 20%.
  • Shooting Stars Shooting Stars - Moonfire, Sunfire, and Stellar Flare damage over time has a chance to call down a falling star, dealing [ 36% of Spell Power ] Astral damage and generating 3 Astral Power.

New Druid Talents

  • Wild Mushroom Wild Mushroom - Grow a magical mushroom at the target enemy's location. After 2 sec, the mushroom detonates, dealing [ 200% of Spell Power ] Nature damage and generating up to 20 Astral Power based on targets hit.
  • Fungal Growth Fungal Growth - Enemies struck by Wild Mushrooms are damaged for an additional 70% over 8 sec and slowed by 0%.

PvP Talents

  • Owlkin Adept Owlkin Adept - Owlkin Frenzy can stack up to 2 times and reduces the cast time of your next Cyclone or Entangling Roots by 50% 30%.

Hunter

Beast Mastery

  • Kill Command Kill Command - Give the command to kill, causing your pet to savagely deal [ 165% [ 148.6% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to the enemy.
  • Bestial Wrath Bestial Wrath - Sends you and your pet into a rage, instantly dealing [ 83.1% [ 74.9% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to its target, and increasing all damage you both deal by 25% for 15 sec. Removes all crowd control effects from your pet.
  • Bloodshed Bloodshed - Command your pet to tear into your target, causing your target to bleed for [ 191.8% [ 172.8% of Attack Power ] over 18 sec and increase all damage taken from your pet by 15% for 18 sec.

Survival

  • Kill Command Kill Command - Give the command to kill, causing your pet to savagely deal [ 99.8% [ 95% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to the enemy.

PvP Talents

  • Kindred Beasts Kindred Beasts (Tenacity) - Survival of the Fittest allies near your pet take 10% less damage. Fortitude of the Bear increases maximum health of allies within 20 yards of your pet by 10% for 10 sec.

Monk

New Talents

  • Power Strikes Power Strikes - Every 15 sec, your next Tiger Palm will generate 1 additional Chi and deal 100% additional damage.
  • Profound Rebuttal Profound Rebuttal - Expel Harm's critical healing is increased by 50%.
  • Vivacious Vivification Vivacious Vivification - Your next Vivify is instant.
  • Vigorous Expulsion Vigorous Expulsion - Expel Harm's healing increased by 5% and critical strike chance increased by 15%.
  • Glory of the Dawn Glory of the Dawn - Rising Sun Kick has a 25% chance to trigger a second time, dealing [ 36% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and restoring 1 Chi.
  • Glory of the Dawn Glory of the Dawn
    • Windwalker: Kick upwards, dealing [ 95.9% of Attack Power + 95.9% of Off-hand Attack Power ] Physical damage, and reducing the effectiveness of healing on the target for 10 sec.
    • Mistweaver: Kick upwards, dealing [ 143.8% of Attack Power ] Physical damage.
  • Open Palm Strikes Open Palm Strikes - When Fists of Fury deals damage, it has a 5% chance to refund 1 Chi, and it deals 0 additional damage.
  • Open Palm Strikes Open Palm Strikes - Fists of Fury damage increased by 15%. When Fists of Fury deals damage, it has a 5% chance to refund 1 Chi.
  • Jade Ignition Jade Ignition - Whenever you deal damage to a target with Fists of Fury, you gain a stack of Chi Energy up to a maximum of 30 stacks. Using Spinning Crane Kick will cause the energy to detonate in a Chi Explosion, dealing [ 65% of Attack Power ] damage to all enemies within 8 yards. The damage is increased by 5% for each stack of Chi Energy.
  • Shadowboxing Treads Shadowboxing Treads - Blackout Kick damage increased by 20% and strikes an additional 2 ltarget;targets.
  • Strike of the Windlord Strike of the Windlord - Strike with both Fists of the Heavens at all enemies in front of you, dealing 1,866% of weapon damage and reducing movement speed by 50% for 6 sec. (Costs 2 Chi, Instant, 9 yd range, 40 sec cooldown)
  • Thunderfist Thunderfist - Strike of the Windlord grants you a stack of Thunderfist for each enemy struck. Thunderfist discharges upon melee strikes, dealing [ 500% of Attack Power ] Nature damage.
  • Xuen's Bond Xuen's Bond - Abilities that activate Combo Strikes reduce the cooldown of Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger by 0.1 sec, and Xuen's damage is increased by 10.0%.
  • Bone Marrow Hops Bone Marrow Hops - Bonedust Brew's Shadow damage or healing is increased by 20.0%, and when Bonedust Brew deals Shadow damage or healing, its cooldown is reduced by 0.5 sec.
  • Last Emperor's Capacitor Last Emperor's Capacitor - Chi spenders increase the damage of your next Crackling Jade Lightning by 100% and reduce its cost by 5%, stacking up to 20 times.
  • Keefer's Skyreach Keefer's Skyreach - Tiger Palm now has a 10 yard range and dashes you to the target when used. Tiger Palm also applies an effect which increases your critical strike chance by 50% for 6 sec on the target. This effect cannot be applied more than once every 60 sec per target.
  • Way of the Fae Way of the Fae - Increases the initial damage of Faeline Stomp by 10.0% per target hit by that damage, up to a maximum of 50.0% additional damage.
  • The Emperor's Capacitor The Emperor's Capacitor - Chi spenders increase the damage of your next Crackling Jade Lightning by 100% and reduce its cost by 5%, stacking up to 20 times.
  • Pressure Point Pressure Point - Rising Sun Kick critical strikes reduce the cooldown of Fists of Fury by 5.0 sec. When Fists of Fury ends, the critical strike chance of Rising Sun Kick is increased by 50% for 5 sec.
  • Chi Explosion Chi Explosion - NYI
  • Skyreach Exhaustion Skyreach Exhaustion - Tiger Palm now has a 10 yard range and dashes you to the target when used. Tiger Palm also applies an effect which increases your critical strike chance by 50% for 6 sec on the target. This effect cannot be applied more than once every 60 sec per target.
  • Chi Energy Chi Energy - Whenever you deal damage to a target with Fists of Fury, you gain a stack of Chi Energy up to a maximum of 30 stacks. Using Spinning Crane Kick will cause the energy to detonate in a Chi Explosion, dealing [ 65% of Attack Power ] damage to all enemies within 8 yards. The damage is increased by 5% for each stack of Chi Energy.

PvP Talents

  • Alpha Tiger Alpha Tiger - Attacking new challengers with Tiger Palm fills you with the spirit of Xuen, granting you 30% 20% haste for 8 sec.

Paladin

  • Tyr's Deliverance Tyr's Deliverance - Releases the Light within yourself, healing an injured ally within 15 20 yds for [ 37.5% [ 39.38% of Spell Power ] every 1 sec for 10 sec. Allies healed also receive 20% 25% increased healing from your Holy Light and Flash of Light spells for 10 sec.

Protection

New Paladin Talents

  • Resplendent Light Resplendent Light - Holy Light heals up to 5 targets within 8 yds for 8% of its healing.
  • Reckoning Reckoning (PvP Talent) - Hurls a magical hammer that strikes an enemy for [ 175% of Spell Power ] Holy damage. When you or allies with your Greater Blessings take damage, the damage of your next Hammer of Reckoning increases. (Instant, 30 sec cooldown)
  • Inflorescence of the Sunwell Inflorescence of the Sunwell - Infusion of Light has 1 additional charge, reduces the cost of Flash of Light by an additional 30%, and has a 30% chance to generate an additional Holy Power from Holy Light.
  • Tirion's Devotion Tirion's Devotion - Lay on Hand's cooldown is reduced by 1 sec per Holy Power spent.
  • Divine Insight Divine Insight - Holy Shock's healing and damage is increased by 5%.
  • Unwavering Spirit Unwavering Spirit - The cooldown of Aura Mastery is reduced by 30 sec.
  • Veneration Veneration - Flash of Light, Holy Light, and Judgment critical strikes reset the cooldown of Hammer of Wrath and make it usable on any target, regardless of their health.
  • Imbued Infusions Imbued Infusions - Consuming Infusion of Light reduces the cooldown of Holy Shock by 1.0 sec.
  • Boundless Salvation Boundless Salvation - Casting Flash of Light on targets affected by Tyr's Deliverance extends the duration of your Tyr's Deliverance by 0.5 sec. Casting Holy Light on targets affected by Tyr's Deliverance extends the duration of your Tyr's Deliverance by 1.0 sec.
  • Inspiring Vanguard Inspiring Vanguard - Grand Crusader's chance is increased to 20% and it grants you 2% Strength for 8 sec.
  • Improved Lay on Hands Improved Lay on Hands - Cooldown of Lay on Hands reduced by 10%.
  • Improved Holy Shield Improved Holy Shield - Your chance to block spells is increased by 10%.
  • Strength in Adversity Strength in Adversity - Parry increased by 2% for each target hit by Avenger's Shield.
  • Divine Image Divine Image - When you use a Holy Word spell, you have a chance to summon an image of a Naaru at your side. For 15 sec, whenever you cast a spell, the Naaru will cast a similar spell.

PvP Talents

  • Divine Favor Divine Favor Your next Holy Light or Flash of Light is increased by 0%, casts 30% faster, and is unable to be interrupted. The healing of your next Holy Light or Flash of Light is increased by 60% and its cast time is reduced by 30%. Cooldown changed to 45 seconds (was 30).

Priest

Discipline

  • Holy Nova Holy Nova - An explosion of holy light around you deals up to [ 18% [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] Holy damage to enemies and up to [ 18% [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] healing to allies within 12 yds, reduced if there are more than 5 targets.
  • Mind Sear Mind Sear - Corrosive shadow energy radiates from the target, dealing [ 117.9% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4 3 sec to all enemies within 10 yards of the target. Cast time reduced to 3 seconds (was 4).

Holy

  • Holy Nova Holy Nova - An explosion of holy light around you deals up to [ 18% [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] Holy damage to enemies and up to [ 18% [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] healing to allies within 12 yds, reduced if there are more than 5 targets.
  • Holy Word: Sanctify Holy Word: Sanctify - Now has 1 charge by default and a 60 sec recharge.
  • Apotheosis Apotheosis - Reset the cooldowns cooldown of your Holy Words, and enter a pure Holy form for 20 sec, increasing the cooldown reductions to your Holy Words by 300% and reducing their cost by 100%.

Shadow

  • Void Bolt Void Bolt now has a 6 sec cooldown (was 9).
  • Mind Sear Mind Sear - Corrosive shadow energy radiates from the target, dealing [ 117.9% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4 3 sec to all enemies within 10 yards of the target. Cast time reduced to 3 seconds (was 4).
  • Voidform Voidform - Lasts 15 20 sec.
  • Silence Silence now has a 40 yd range (up from 30).
  • Damnation Damnation's cooldown increased to 60 seconds (was 45). 
  • Void Torrent Void Torrent - Channel a torrent of void energy into the target, dealing [ 306% [ 382.5% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 3 sec. Cooldown increased to 60 sec (was 30).
  • Ancient Madness Ancient Madness Voidform increases your critical strike chance by 15% for 15 sec, reducing by 1% every sec. Voidform and Dark Ascension increase your critical strike chance by 10% for 20 sec, reducing by 0.5% every sec.

PvP Talents

  • Miracle Worker Miracle Worker - Holy Word: Serenity gains and Holy Word: Sanctify gain an additional charge.

Shaman

  • Healing Stream Totem Healing Stream Totem If you already know Healing Stream Totem, instead gain 1 additional charges of Healing Stream Totem.
    • Cloudburst Totem: Summons a totem at your feet for 15 sec that heals an injured party or raid member within 40 yards for [ 47% of Spell Power ] every 2 sec. If you already know Cloudburst Totem, instead gain 1 additional charges of Cloudburst Totem.

Enhancement

  • Crash Lightning Crash Lightning - Electrocutes all enemies in front of you, dealing [ 12.8% [ 21.3% of Attack Power + 12.8% 21.3% of Off-hand Attack Power ] Nature damage. Hitting 2 or more targets enhances your weapons for 10 12 sec, causing Stormstrike, Ice Strike, and Lava Lash to also deal [ 16% [ 21.3% of Attack Power + 16% 21.3% of Off-hand Attack Power ] Nature damage to all targets in front of you. Damage reduced beyond 6 targets. Cooldown is now 12 seconds (was 9).
  • Stormkeeper Stormkeeper - Charge yourself with lightning, causing your next 2 Lightning Bolts to deal 150% more damage, and also causes your next 2 Lightning Bolts or Chain Lightnings to be instant cast and trigger an Elemental Overload on every target. If you already know, instead gain 1 additional charges of Stormkeeper.

New Talents

  • Healing Stream Totem Healing Stream Totem - Summons a totem at your feet for 15 sec that heals an injured party or raid member within 40 yards for [ 47% of Spell Power ] every 2 sec. If you already know Healing Stream Totem, instead gain 1 additional charges of Healing Stream Totem. (Instant, Costs 9% of Base Mana)
    • Rushing Streams: Summons a totem at your feet for 15 sec that heals two injured party or raid members within 40 yards for [ 47% of Spell Power ] every 2 sec. If you already know Healing Stream Totem, instead gain 1 additional charges of Healing Stream Totem.
    • Cloudburst Totem: Summons a totem at your feet for 15 sec that heals an injured party or raid member within 40 yards for [ 47% of Spell Power ] every 2 sec. If you already know Cloudburst Totem, instead gain 1 additional charges of Cloudburst Totem.
  • Stormkeeper Stormkeeper - Charge yourself with lightning, causing your next 2 Lightning Bolts to deal 150% more damage, and also causes your next 2 Lightning Bolts or Chain Lightnings to be instant cast and trigger an Elemental Overload on every target. If you already know Stormkeeper, instead gain 1 additional charges of Stormkeeper. (1.5 sec cast, 1 sec cooldown)

Warrior

  • Slam Slam - Generates 20 10 Rage.

Fury

  • Improved Whirlwind Improved Whirlwind - Whirlwind no longer costs Rage. Instead it generates 3 Rage, plus an additional 1 per target hit. Maximum 8 Rage.
  • Frothing Berserker Frothing Berserker - Rampage, Mortal Strike, Cleave and Revenge have has a 20% chance to immediately refund 20% of the Rage spent.

PvP Talents

  • Enduring Rage Enduring Rage (Annihilator): Increases the duration of your Enrage effect by 1 sec, and your Annihilator damage extend the duration of your Enrage by 0.5 sec.
  • Battle Trance Battle Trance 
    • Normal: You go into a trance causing you to regenerate 3% of your health and generate 3 Rage every 3 sec for 18 sec after using Raging Blow twice in a row on a target. Using Attacking a new target with Raging Blow on will cancel this effect.<!--Spec:
  • Annihilator: You go into a trance causing you to regenerate 3% of your health and generate 3 Rage every 3 sec for 18 sec after striking a target with Annihilator 8 times. Attacking a new target with Annihilator will cancel this effect.
  • Rebound Rebound - Reflecting spells causes them to deal 33% 50% extra damage back to the attacker.

New Talents

  • Frothing Berserker Frothing Berserker - Revenge has a 20% chance to immediately refund 50% of the Rage spent.
  • Quick Thinking Quick Thinking - Increases auto attack speed by 10%.
  • Cruel Strikes Cruel Strikes - Increases crit chance by 1% and increases the critical strike damage of Execute by 5%.
  • Critical Thinking Critical Thinking - Critical Strike chance increased by 1% and Execute immediately refunds 10% of the Rage spent.
  • Frothing Berserker Frothing Berserker - Mortal Strike and Cleave have a 20% chance to immediately refund 20% of the Rage spent.
  • Wrath and Fury Wrath and Fury - Raging Blow deals 5% increased damage and while Enraged Raging Blow has a 30% chance to instantly reset its own cooldown.
  • Spell Block Spell Block - You are able to block spells cast against you for 14 sec. (Instant, Requires Shield, 2 min cooldown)
  • Cruelty Cruelty - While Enraged, Raging Blow deals 15% increased damage and Annihilator deals 5% increased damage.

      Looking back at the supposed internal spreadsheet, all the dates have been accurate so far. Will we see the Dragonflight pre-patch launching in late October?
      The internal document correctly predicted the launch date of Wrath Classic, Dragonflight, and even Overwatch 2. There is little reason to believe that the Dragonflight pre-patch will not be released on October 25, 2022. 

      The Dragonflight pre-patch contains all game updates you currently see on the Beta besides new content, except for the Forbidden Reach and Dracthyr Evokers, which will finally be available for play.
      It also comes with a pre-patch event that revolves around defeating elemental bosses that spawn in Azeroth each week for catch-up gear, leading to the expansion launch on November 28, 2022.
      We're likely just 24 days away from the pre-patch; what are you most excited about?

      Blizzard have detailed changes coming to Enhancement Shaman's Windfury totem with the next Beta build.
      Enhancement (Source)
      Hi Enhancement Shaman,
      A change is coming next week to how Windfury Totem works. These changes have no impact on the Windfury Weapon imbue, nothing is changing with how that works.
      For some quick context, in Shadowlands, Windfury Totem can only activate from main-hand auto-attacks, and causes a main-hand auto-attack swing when it activates.
      The next build you receive should have Windfury Totem changed to work this way:
      Main-hand auto attack interaction is unchanged, except for the miss note below. Off-hand attacks can proc an off-hand Windfury attack. This is an actual real “auto attack”, which means things like Flametongue Weapon, or whatever other effects may activate from off-hand attacks, can now potentially happen from this bonus attack. Windfury Totem extra attacks can no longer miss. This has very little impact on 2h users, as an Arms Warrior or Retribution Paladin almost never see a miss in their combat log, however dual-wield users have a high miss chance. In Shadowlands, this miss chance both applies to the chance to get the Windfury Totem’s extra attack, and the extra attack itself can then miss. Targets can still dodge or parry these attacks, they are just no longer able to miss. Bonus bug fix: Enhancement Shaman who are under the effects of Ascendance can now benefit from Windfury Totem if they are auto-attacking from outside of melee range range with Windlash. We will be monitoring any unintended side effects from this change, but this should help make Windfury Totem more valuable to more specs within the game.

      Class Tier Set Bonuses (Source)
      We’re excited to share the bonuses you’ll discover on Class Sets in Dragonflight. To add to the excitement, these bonuses will be playable in the next beta build!
      Dragonflight Class Set Armor Design
      We set a few goals for this round of Class Sets. First and foremost, these Class Set bonuses are not as complex as the effects on 9.2 Class Sets. The new talent trees have resulted in a lot of changes to classes in Dragonflight, and we want you all to be able to play those classes without Class Sets that significantly change your rotations or resource economies. This is not to say that we won’t make more complex or rotationally impactful Class Sets in the future. But you’ll find that these bonuses generally take a light touch on features like resource generation and cooldown manipulation.
      Another goal that came from wanting you all to have a chance to get familiar with Dragonflight’s new classes is that we want these Class Sets to have minimal impact on your talent choices. We want you to be able to play the way you choose in whatever content you prefer. As a result, they generally modify core class abilities or talents that are learned near the top of the tree. They may have synergies with talents further down the tree, but they shouldn’t make you feel like specific builds or capstone talents are “required.”
      Acquiring Set Armor in Dragonflight
      When Sets returned as a major endgame feature in 9.2, we debuted the Creation Catalyst as a tool for players to access and complete their sets, with the following goals:
      Players of all types should have access to powerful bonuses and fun appearances even if raiding is not their preferred method of engagement.
      New and returning players “catching up” should not have a monumental task to become ready to fight alongside friends.
      WoW can confidently carry the system forward as an evergreen feature for players to learn and understand intuitively.
      We think those goals were met. And while there’s room for improvement (both in understanding the means by which charges accrue, as well tuning prohibitive currency costs for alts), we’re happy to say that the Catalyst (which will be known as the Inspiration Catalyst in Dragonflight, and just the ‘Catalyst’ moving forward) will return to the Isles as a companion system to Class Sets for the foreseeable future.
      We’ll have more details to share on everything Catalyst-related in a future update, but for now it’s worth mentioning that we’re planning on keeping the unlock cadence the same to start – that is to say, the 6th week after the Mythic Raid becomes available in Dragonflight Season 1.
      Playing with These Bonuses and Providing Feedback

      Death Knight
      Blood (2) Set Bonus: When a Bone Shield charge is consumed you have a 20% chance to generate one rune. (4) Set Bonus: After 10 Bone Shield charges are consumed gain 10% damage and Haste for 10 seconds. Frost (2) Set Bonus: Obliterate and Frostscythe critical strike damage is increased by 15%. (4) Set Bonus: Obliterate and Frostscythe have a 15% chance not to consume Killing Machine. Unholy (2) Set Bonus: Bursting a festering wound grants your ghoul Vile Infusion, increasing their damage and attack speed by 10% for 5 seconds. (4) Set Bonus: Your primary ghoul’s attacks have a 15% chance to increase your damage and Haste by 10% for 8 seconds. This chance is increased during Vile Infusion. Demon Hunter
      Havoc (2) Set Bonus: Chaos Strike and Blade Dance chance to critically strike is increased by 5% and their critical strike damage is increased by 10%. (4) Set Bonus: Chaos Strike and Blade Dance have a 20% chance to increase damage you deal by 8% for 6 seconds. Your critical strikes increase this chance. Vengeance (2) Set Bonus: Shear / Fracture deals 20% more damage, generates 20% more Fury, and have a 15% chance to generate an additional Soul Fragment. (4) Set Bonus: Spirit Bomb and Soul Cleave have a 12% chance to deal 50% more damage and cause targets they hit to deal 15% less damage to you for 8 seconds. Druid
      Balance (2) Set Bonus: Starsurge and Starfall increase the damage of your next Wrath or Starfire by 50%, stacking up to 3 times. (4) Set Bonus: When you enter Eclipse, your next Starsurge or Starfall costs no Astral Power and deals 50% increased damage. Feral (2) Set Bonus: Rip & Ferocious Bite damage increased by 5%. (4) Set Bonus: Finishing moves grant 1% crit for each combo point spent for 5 seconds. Guardian (2) Set Bonus: Gore has a 5% increased chance to trigger. Gore also increases Mangle’s damage by 10%. (4) Set Bonus: Mangle and Thrash deal 5% increased damage. Mangle heals you for 100% of the damage it deals. Restoration (2) Set Bonus: Rejuvenation, Lifebloom, Wild Growth, Efflorescence, and Tranquility chance to critically heal is increased by 10%. (4) Set Bonus: Efflorescence critical heals increase the healing of your next Wild Growth by 10%, stacking up to 5 times. Lifebloom critical heals reduce the cooldown of Nature’s Swiftness by 2 seconds. Evoker
      Devastation (2) Set Bonus: Increases Empower spells’ chance to critically strike by 5% and Empower spells increase your chance to critically strike by 5% for 6 seconds. (4) Set Bonus: Empower spells have a 25% chance to grant you 6 seconds of Fury of the Aspects without causing Sated. Preservation (2) Set Bonus: Empower spells increase Reversion’s chance to critically heal by 5% for 6 seconds. (4) Set Bonus: Reversion healing has a chance to cause your next Living Flame to cast instantly and deal 20% increased damage or healing. Stacks up to 2 times. Hunter
      Beast Mastery (2) Set Bonus: Kill Command damage increased by 10% and it has a 10% chance to reset the cooldown on Barbed Shot. (4) Set Bonus: Barbed Shot has a 50% chance to make your next Cobra Shot or Multi-Shot consume no focus. Marksmanship (2) Set Bonus: Arcane Shot & Multi Shot critical hits cause your next Aimed Shot to cast 50% faster and cause the target to bleed for 20% of damage dealt over 6 seconds. (4) Set Bonus: Ranged auto-attacks have a 10% chance to give your next Arcane Shot or Multi Shot 100% chance to critically hit. Survival (2) Set Bonus: Raptor Strike / Mongoose Strike, Carve, and Butchery damage increased by 10%. (4) Set Bonus: Raptor Strike, Mongoose Strike, Carve, and Butchery have a 10% chance to make your next Raptor Strike, Mongoose Strike, Carve, or Butchery cost no Focus. Mage
      Arcane (2) Set Bonus: For each Arcane Charge, Arcane Blast critical strike chance is increased by 5% and Arcane Explosion critical strike chance is increased by 3%. (4) Set Bonus: When Arcane Blast or Arcane Explosion critically strikes at least one target, the critical strike chance of your next Arcane Barrage is increased by 10%, up to 4 stacks. Fire (2) Set Bonus: Pyroblasts and Flamestrikes cast with Hot Streak deal 10% increased damage. (4) Set Bonus: Fire Blast, Phoenix Flames, and Fireball deal 10% increased damage and their chance to critically strike is increased by 10%.       Brewmaster (2) Set Bonus: Hitting an enemy with Tiger Palm or Spinning Crane Kick grants Brewmaster’s Rhythm, increasing damage dealt and reducing damage taken by 1% for 10 seconds, stacking up to 4 times. (4) Set Bonus: For each stack of Brewmaster’s Rhythm, Purifying Brew clears 3% more of your damage delayed with stagger. Mistweaver (2) Set Bonus: Healing from your Enveloping Mist, Essence Font, and Vivify is increased by 15% on targets with your Renewing Mist. (4) Set Bonus: Essence Font and Vivify healing are increased by 10% and your Renewing Mists on targets healed by Essence Font are extended by 1 seconds for each heal. Windwalker (2) Set Bonus: Fists of Fury increases the damage dealt by your next 2 Rising Sun Kicks or Spinning Crane Kicks by 30%. (4) Set Bonus: Fists of Fury now enhances your next 3 Rising Sun Kicks or Spinning Crane Kicks and enhanced kicks increase your Versatility during your next Fists of Fury by 5%, stacking up to 3 times.       Holy (2) Set Bonus: Holy Shock increases the critical hit chance of your next heal within 10 seconds by 10%. (4) Set Bonus: When your direct healing spells critically strike, your next Holy Shock deals 30% increased damage or healing. Protection (2) Set Bonus: Avenger’s Shield grants you Versatility of Light, increasing the Versatility of you and your closest ally by 4% for 4 seconds. (4) Set Bonus: Casting Hammer of the Righteous / Blessed Hammer increases your Parry by X% for Y seconds and extends the duration of Versatility of Light by 1.0 seconds. Retribution (2) Set Bonus: Blade of Justice and Judgment grant Crusader’s Strength, increasing the damage of your next Crusader’s Strike or Consecreate by 100%, stacking up to 2. (4) Set Bonus: When you consume Crusader’s Strength, the damage of your next Blade of Justice is increased by 50% for each stack of Crusader’s Strength consumed. Priest

      (2) Set Bonus: Envenom also increases your weapon poisons’ damage by 10%. (4) Set Bonus: When your weapon poisons deal direct damage, you have a 50% chance to gain Septic Wounds, increasing your Bleed damage by 2% for 8 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. Outlaw

      (2) Set Bonus: Eviscerate and Black Powder increase the damage and critical strike chance of your next Backstab, Shadowstrike, or Shuriken Storm by 2% per combo point spent.       (2) Set Bonus: Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, and Lava Burst increase the damage of your next Earth Shock or Earthquake by 2-3%, stacking 10 times. (4) Set Bonus: Casting Earth Shock or Earthquake increases your Mastery by 10% for 10 seconds. Enhancement
      (2) Set Bonus: Stormstrike increases the damage of your next Lava Lash by 10% and causes it to generate 1 additional stack of Maelstrom Weapon. (4) Set Bonus: Consuming Maelstrom Weapon stacks reduces the cooldown of Stormstrike, Lava Lash, Crash Lightning, Flame Shock, or Frost Shock by 0.5 seconds per stack, chosen randomly. Restoration
      (2) Set Bonus: While Healing Stream Totem/Cloudburst Totem is active, your chance to critically strike is increased by 10%. (4) Set Bonus: When Healing Stream Totem/Cloudburst Totem expires or dies, you gain 10% Haste for 10 seconds. Warlock
      Affliction (2) Set Bonus: When Agony grants you a Soul Shard, you have a chance to gain Cruel Inspiration, increasing your haste by 12% for 6 seconds. (4) Set Bonus: Cruel Inspiration also grants 2 charges of Cruel Epiphany, up to 5 charges. Each charge of Cruel Epiphany increases the damage of your next Malefic Rapture or Seed of Corruption by 40%. Demonology (2) Set Bonus: Demon Bolt and Felstorm damage increased by 20%. (4) Set Bonus: Demon Bolt has a chance to make your next Hand of Gul’dan instant and deal 50% increased damage. Destruction (2) Set Bonus: Consuming Soul Shards has a chance to grant you Chaos Maelstrom, increasing your critical strike chance by 10% for 10 seconds. (4) Set Bonus: During Chaos Maelstrom, your Chaos Bolt, Conflagrate, and Incinerate critical strikes explode on the target, dealing 2-10% of damage dealt to enemies within 8 yds. Damage reduced beyond 5 targets. Warrior
      Arms (2) Set Bonus: Mortal Strike and Cleave damage and chance to critically strike increased by 10%. (4) Set Bonus: Mortal Strike, Cleave, & Execute critical strikes increase your damage and critical strike chance by 5% for 6 seconds. Fury (2) Set Bonus: Execute’s chance to critically strike increased by 10%. (4) Set Bonus: Sudden Death’s chance to reset the cooldown of Execute and make it usable on any target, regardless of health, is greatly increased. Protection (2) Set Bonus: Revenge grants you Vanguard’s Determination, increasing your damage done and reducing damage you take by 4% for 5 seconds. (4) Set Bonus: During Vanguard’s Determination, gain Ignore Pain equal to 10% of damage you deal.

      Blizzard have added more changes to Balance Druids after yesterday's raid testing, with ability redesigns, tuning and more.

      After reviewing the performance of Balance Druids during yesterday’s raid testing, we developed a number of changes we’re implementing for today’s raid testing. If you encounter issues with your Talent Tree, please relog. Here are the changes:
      Lunar Shrapnel has been redesigned:
      Starfall’s stars have a chance to deal an additional 25% damage to nearby enemies when they damage an enemy afflicted by Moonfire. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets. Sundered Firmament’s Astral Power generation now correctly grants 25% of Fury of Elune’s Astral Power generation.
      Stellar Flare no longer generates Astral Power when granted by Stellar Inspiration.
      The chance for Shooting Stars to occur has been reduced.
      Wild Mushrooms no longer have nameplates and are now untargetable.
      Furor has been redesigned:
      Protector of the Pack [Feral/Balance/Guardian] - Store 10% of your damage, up to a specific amount. Your next Regrowth consumes all stored damage to increase its healing.
      Protector of the Pack [Restoration] - Store 10% of your effective healing, up to a specific amount. Your next Regrowth consumes all stored healing to increase its healing.
      Note: The tooltip of Protector of the Pack will appear broken in-game. We hope to have this fixed soon.
      Our main goal with these changes is to rein in the amount of Astral Power that Balance Druids are generating passively, as well as how much Astral Power is being credited to passives such as Primordial Arcanic Pulsar.
