I consider that you do not give it the importance that the crit has in this role.
Haste is great but the whole talents tree is based around ur crits. 
U need to have active Eclipse the most time posible during the fight, while crits will give u haste due to Nature's Grace.

Both are great! Also, since you will eventually be able to soft cap both Crit (Starfire crit chance hitting 100% during Lunar Eclipse) and Haste (Wrath cast time going under 1 second in general) you want a good balance of both 🙂
