Guest APassingMNK Report post Posted 19 hours ago Hi there this guide is now slightly out of date since Flint's Reply is phased out and replaced just by Fire's Reply. These two attacks are buffed by Rising Phoenix, but Rising Phoenix no longer gives you two 'extra' ranged attacks, unlike in the previous version where you had 2 of Flint's and then RP gave you 2 of Fire's.
