Monks got some new talents and class tuning on the Dragonflight Beta.

Monk

• Hasty Provocation renamed to Hasty Provocation.
• Roll (Rank 2) renamed to Improved Roll and changed. Now has 2 charges. Grants an additional charge of Roll and Chi Torpedo.
• Blackout Kick
  • Shadowboxing Treads: Kick with a blast of Chi energy, dealing [ 84.7% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Strikes up to 2 additional targets.
  • Staggering Strikes: Kick with a blast of Chi energy, dealing [ 84.7% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Reduces Stagger by [ 50% of Attack Power ].
  • Elusive Footwork: Kick with a blast of Chi energy, dealing [ 84.7% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Critical hits grant an additional 1 stack of Elusive Brawler.

Brewmaster

• Purifying Brew renamed to Improved Purifying Brew.
• Vivify renamed to Improved Vivify.
• Celestial Brew renamed to Improved Celestial Brew.

Mistweaver

• Teachings of the Monastery
  • Spirit of the Crane: Tiger Palm causes your next Blackout Kick to strike an additional time, stacking up to 3. Blackout Kick has a 15% chance to reset the remaining cooldown on Rising Sun Kick. Each additional Blackout Kick restores 0.45% mana.
• Detox - Removes all Magic, Poison, and Disease effects from the target.
• Invoke Chi-Ji, the Red Crane - Summon an effigy of Chi-Ji for 25 sec that kicks up a Gust of Mist when you Blackout Kick, Rising Sun Kick, or Spinning Crane Kick, healing up to 2 allies for [ 0.1% of Spell Power ], and reducing the cost and cast time of your next Enveloping Mist by 33%, stacking.

Windwalker

• Vivify was renamed to Improved Vivify.

New Talents

• Chi Surge - Weapons of Order releases a surge of chi at your target's location, dealing [ 225% of Attack Power or 225% of Spell Power ] Nature damage split evenly between all targets over 8 sec. Reduce the cooldown of Weapons of Order by 4 sec per affected enemy, to a maximum of 20 sec.
• Forbidden Technique - Touch of Death deals 40% increased damage and can be used a second time within 5 sec before its cooldown is triggered.
• Tranquil Spirit - When a Gift of the Ox Healing Sphere is consumed or you cast Expel Harm, your current Stagger amount is lowered by 5%.
• Thunderfist - Strike of the Windlord grants you a stack of Thunderfist for each enemy struck. Thunderfist discharges upon melee strikes, dealing [ 500% of Attack Power ] Nature damage.
• Pretense of Instability - Increases Dodge by 10%.
• Tea of Serenity - Thunder Focus Tea also empowers 1 additional Renewing Mist, Enveloping Mist, or Vivify at random.
• Pretense of Instability - Activating Purifying Brew or Celestial Brew grants you 10% dodge for 3 sec.
• Fatal Touch - Touch of Death cooldown reduced by 120 sec.
• Escape from Reality - After you use Transcendence: Transfer, you can use Transcendence: Transfer again within 10 sec, ignoring its cooldown. During this time, if you cast Vivify on yourself, its healing is increased by 1% and 50% of its cost is refunded.
• Tea of Plenty - Thunder Focus Tea also empowers 1 additional Renewing Mist, Essence Font, or Rising Sun Kick at random. (Instant, 30 sec cooldown)

PvP Talents
