Demon Hunter

  • Throw Glaive Throw Glaive - Throw a demonic glaive at the target, dealing [ 36.68% 39.61% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. The glaive can ricochet to an additional enemy within 10 yards.
  • Consume Magic renamed to Swallowed Anger Swallowed Anger.
  • Metamorphosis Metamorphosis - Leap into the air and land with explosive force, dealing [ 36.04% 38.92% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage to enemies within 8 yds, and stunning them for 3 sec. Players are Dazed for 3 sec instead.

Havoc

  • Hot Feet renamed to Blazing Path Blazing Path.
  • Chaos Nova Chaos Nova - Unleash an eruption of fel energy, dealing [ 22.52% 24.32% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage and stunning all nearby enemies for 2 sec.
  • Chaos Strike Chaos Strike - Slice your target for [ 113.9% 123% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage. Chaos Strike has a 20% chance to refund 20 Fury.
  • Eye Beam Eye Beam - Blasts all enemies in front of you, dealing guaranteed critical strikes for up to ${({?a320,415[{${( 14.85% 15.3% of Attack Power )*10*2}}][{${( 14.85% 15.3% of Attack Power )*10}}])} Chaos damage over 2 sec. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.
  • Vengeful Retreat Vengeful Retreat - Remove all snares and vault away. Nearby enemies take [ 13.13% 14.18% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and have their movement speed reduced by 70% for 3 sec.
  • Blade Dance Blade Dance
    • Normal: Strike all nearby enemies for [ 66% 71.3% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.
    • First Blood: Strike your primary target for [ 155.1% 167.5% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage and all nearby enemies for [ 66% 71.3% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.
  • Fel Rush Fel Rush - Rush forward, incinerating anything in your path for [ 25.3% 27.32% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage.
  • Demon's Bite Demon's Bite - Quickly attack for [ 57.28% 61.86% of Attack Power ] Physical damage.
  • Vengeful Retreat renamed to Vengeful Bonds Vengeful Bonds.
  • Immolation Aura Immolation Aura - Increases the duration of Immolation Aura by 100% 6 sec.
  • Felblade Felblade - Charge to your target and deal [ 66.69% 72.03% of Attack Power ] Fire damage.
  • Demon Blades Demon Blades - Your auto attacks deal an additional [ 10.12% 10.93% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage and generate 10-10 Fury.

  • Trail of Ruin Trail of Ruin - The final slash of Blade Dance inflicts an additional [ 58.96% 63.68% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage over 4 sec.
  • Essence Break Essence Break - Slash all enemies in front of you for [ 252% 272.16% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage, and increase the damage your Chaos Strike and Blade Dance deal to them by 100% for 4 sec. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.
  • First Blood First Blood - Blade Dance deals [ 155.1% 167.5% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage to the first target struck.
  • Fel Barrage Fel Barrage - Unleash a torrent of Fel energy over 3 sec, inflicting [ 314.6% 339.8% of Attack Power ] Chaos damage to all enemies within 8 yds. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.

Vengeance

  • Felblade Felblade - Charge to your target and deal [ 66.69% 72.03% of Attack Power ] Fire damage.
  • Spirit Bomb Spirit Bomb - Consume up to 5 available Soul Fragments then explode, damaging nearby enemies for [ 30% 30.9% of Attack Power ] Fire damage per fragment consumed, and afflicting them with Frailty for 5 sec, causing you to heal for 8% of damage you deal to them. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.
  • Infernal Armor Infernal Armor - Immolation Aura increases your armor by 10% and causes melee attackers to suffer [ 5% 5.15% of Attack Power ] Fire damage.
  • Fracture Fracture - Rapidly slash your target for [ 120% 123.6% of Attack Power ] Physical damage, and shatter 2 Lesser Soul Fragments from them.
  • Ruinous Bulwark Ruinous Bulwark - Fel Devastation heals for an additional 10%, and 50% 100% of its overhealing healing is converted into an absorb shield for 10 sec.
  • Bulk Extraction Bulk Extraction - Demolish the spirit of all those around you, dealing [ 30% 30.9% of Attack Power ] Fire damage to nearby enemies and extracting up to 5 Lesser Soul Fragments, drawing them to you for immediate consumption.

New Talents

  • Demon Muzzle Demon Muzzle - Enemies deal 8% reduced magic damage to you for 8 sec after being afflicted by one of your Sigils.
  • Elysian Decree Elysian Decree -Place a Kyrian Sigil at the target location that activates after 2 sec. Detonates to deal [ 350% of Attack Power ]
    • Any Means Necessary: Chaos damage and shatter up to 3 Lesser Soul Fragments from enemies affected by the sigil. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. (Instant, 30 yd range, 60 sec cooldown)
  • Flames of Fury Flames of Fury - Sigil of Flame generates 2 additional Fury per target hit.

PvP Talents

  • Demonic Origins renamed to First of the Illidari First of the Illidari.
  • Shear Shear - Shears an enemy for [ 40.36% 41.58% of Attack Power ] Physical damage, and shatters two Lesser Soul Fragments from your target.
  • Infernal Strike Infernal Strike - Leap through the air toward a targeted location, dealing [ 38.9% 40.07% of Attack Power ] Fire damage to all enemies within 6 yards.
  • Fiery Brand Fiery Brand - Brand an enemy with a demonic symbol, instantly dealing [ 133.17% of Attack Power ] Fire damage and [ 50% 51.5% of Attack Power ] Fire damage over 10 sec. The enemy's damage done to you is reduced by 40% for 10 sec.
  • Fiery Brand Fiery Brand - Fiery Brand deals [ 5% 5.15% of Attack Power ] Fire damage every 2 sec.
  • Soul Cleave Soul Cleave - Viciously strike up to 5 enemies in front of you for [ 121.1% 124.7% of Attack Power ] Physical damage and heal yourself for [ 50% of Attack Power ].
  • Sigil of Flame Sigil of Flame - Deals [ 11.5% 11.85% of Attack Power ] Fire damage, and an additional [ 28.38% 29.22% of Attack Power ] Fire damage over 6 sec, to all enemies affected by the sigil.
  • Sigil of Flame Sigil of Flame - Sigil of Flame deals an additional [ 28.38% 29.22% of Attack Power ] Fire damage over 6 sec, to all enemies affected by the sigil.
  • Fel Devastation Fel Devastation - Unleash the fel within you, damaging enemies directly in front of you for [ 155.6% 160.3% of Attack Power ] Fire damage over 2 sec. Causing damage also heals you for up to [ 409.5% of Attack Power ] health.

Druid

  • Feral Affinity Feral Affinity is now available to all specializations.
  • Moonfire Moonfire - A quick beam of lunar light burns the enemy for [ 20% of Spell Power ] Arcane damage and then an additional [ 104.4% 156.6% of Spell Power ] Arcane damage over 12 18 sec.
  • Mark of the Wild Mark of the Wild - Infuse a friendly target with the power of the wild, increasing their Speed and critical strike chance Versatility by 3%and reducing their magic damage taken by 2% for 60 minutes.
  • Shred Shred - Shred the target, causing [ 46% 60.72% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to the target.
  • Ferocious Bite Ferocious Bite changed.

  • Sunfire Sunfire - A quick beam of solar light burns the enemy for [ 20% of Spell Power ] Nature damage and then an additional [ 104.4% [ 156.6% of Spell Power ] Nature damage over 12 18 sec to the primary target and all enemies within 8 yards.
  • Abundance Abundance - For each Rejuvenation you have active, Regrowth's cost is reduced by 6% 5% and critical effect chance is increased by 6% 5%.

New Talents

  • Incarnation: Chosen of Elune Incarnation: Chosen of Elune
  • Incarnation: Guardian of Ursoc Incarnation: Guardian of Ursoc - An improved Bear Form that grants the benefits of Berserk, causes Mangle to hit up to [ 3 + 25% of Spell Power ] targets, and increases maximum health by 30%. Lasts 30 sec. You may freely shapeshift in and out of this improved Bear Form for its duration.

Evoker

Devastation

  • Zephyr Zephyr - Conjure an updraft to lift you and your party members 4 nearest allies within 25 20 yds into the air, reducing damage taken from area-of-effect attacks by 20% and increasing movement speed by 30% for 8 sec. Limited to 5 target(s)

Preservation

  • Naturalize Naturalize - Range increased to 30 yards (was 25).
  • Spiritbloom Spiritbloom - Range increased to 30 yards (was 25).
  • Zephyr Zephyr - Conjure an updraft to lift you and your party members 4 nearest allies within 25 20 yds into the air, reducing damage taken from area-of-effect attacks by 20% and increasing movement speed by 30% for 8 sec. Limited to 5 target(s)

New Talents

  • Hover Hover (Racial) - Launch yourself and gain 30% increased movement speed for 6 sec. Allows Evoker spells to be cast while moving. Does not affect empowered spells.
  • Thoughtstolen Thoughtstolen - Peer into the mind of the enemy, attempting to steal a known spell. If stolen, the victim cannot cast that spell for 20 sec. Can only be used on Humanoids with mana. If you're unable to find a spell to steal, the cooldown of Thoughtsteal is reset.

Hunter

  • Improved Traps Improved Traps - The cooldown of Tar Trap, Steel Trap, Hi-explosive High Explosive Trap, and Freezing Trap is reduced by 2.5 sec.

Beast Mastery

  • Stomp Stomp - When you cast Barbed Shot, your pet stomps the ground, dealing [ 50% 30% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to all nearby enemies.

Legendary Powers

  • Qa'pla, Eredun War Order Qa'pla, Eredun War Order - Barbed Shot deals 10% increased damage, and applying Barbed Shot has a 10% chance to reset now also resets the cooldown of Kill Command.

Mage

Arcane

  • Improved Arcane Explosion renamed to Crackling Energy Crackling Energy and changed. Increases Arcane Explosion and Arcane Blast damage by 10%.

Tier Set Bonuses

  • Mage Arcane Class Set 2pc Mage Arcane Class Set 2pc - Arcane Blast critical strike chance increased by 5% per Arcane Charge and Arcane Explosion critical strike chance increased by 3% per Arcane Charge.
  • Mage Arcane Class Set 4pc Mage Arcane Class Set 4pc - When Arcane Blast or Arcane Explosion critically strikes at least one target, the critical strike chance of your next Arcane Barrage within 12 sec is increased by 10%, stacking up to 4 times.

Monk

Brewmaster

  • Fortifying Brew Fortifying Brew Turns your skin to stone for 15 sec, increasing your current and maxim health by 20%, increasing the effectiveness of Stagger by 10%, and reducing all damage you take by 20%. Turns your skin to stone for 15 sec, increasing the effectiveness of Stagger by 15%.

Windwalker

New Talents

  • Attenuation Attenuation - Bonedust Brew's Shadow damage or healing is increased by 20.0%, and when Bonedust Brew deals Shadow damage or healing, its cooldown is reduced by 0.5 sec. (Instant, 1.5 sec cooldown)
  • Fatal Flying Guillotine Fatal Flying Guillotine - Touch of Death strikes up to 4 additional nearby targets.

Paladin

  • Avenging Wrath Avenging Wrath
    • Holy: Call upon the Light to become an avatar of retribution, reducing Holy Shock's cooldown by 40% and activating all the effects learned from Avenging Wrath for 20 sec, increasing your damage and healing by 10% for 20 sec.
    • Protection, Retribution, Initial: Call upon the Light to become an avatar of retribution, increasing your damage and healing by 0% for 20 sec activating all the effects learned for Avenging Wrath for 20 sec.
    • Sanctified Wrath: Call upon the Light to become an avatar of retribution, each Holy Power spent causing you to explode with Holy light for [ 27% of Attack Power ] damage to nearby enemies and activating all the effects learned from Avenging Wrath for 20 sec reducing Holy Shock's cooldown by 40%, increasing your damage and healing by 0% for 20 sec.

Protection

  • Mastery: Divine Bulwark Mastery: Divine Bulwark - While inside your Consecration, your damage taken is reduced by 2.8% 5.0% and you have a chance equal to your block chance to reduce your damage taken from harmful periodic effects.
  • Blessing of Spellwarding Blessing of Spellwarding Shares a cooldown with Blessing of Protection.

Retribution

  • Blade of Wrath Blade of Wrath - Art of War resets the cooldown of Blade of Justice 100% 50% more often and increases its damage by 25% for 10 sec.
  • Crusade Crusade's cooldown changed to 2 minutes (was 3).

New Talents

  • Sentinel Sentinel - Call upon the Light and gain 15 stacks of Divine Resolve, increasing your maximum health by 2% and reducing your damage taken by 2% per stack for 20 sec. After 5 sec, you will begin to lose 1 stack per second, but each 3 Holy Power spent will delay the loss of your next stack by 1 sec. Combines with Avenging Wrath.
  • Echoing Freedom Echoing Freedom - Blessing of Freedom increases the target's movement speed by 15%. Blessing of Protection and Blessing of Sacrifice reduce the target's damage taken by 15%. These effects linger for 8 sec after the Blessing ends.
  • Unending Light Unending Light - Each Holy Power spent on Light of Dawn increases the healing of your next Word of Glory by 5%, up to a maximum of 45%.
  • Seal of Might Seal of Might - During Avenging Wrath, your Mastery is increased by 4%.

Priest

  • Mind Blast Mind Blast - Blasts the target's mind for [ 97.92% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage. Critical strikes generate 0 Insanity and an additional 0 Insanity from a critical strike.

Discipline

  • Holy Nova Holy Nova - An explosion of holy light around you deals up to [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] Holy damage to enemies and up to [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] healing to allies within 12 yds, reduced if there are more than 5 targets. If your Holy Nova deals damage to at least 3 enemies, a second Holy Nova will be cast a moment later at 50% effectiveness at the same location.
  • Mind Sear Mind Sear - Corrosive shadow energy radiates from the target, dealing [ 117.9% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4.5 3 sec to all enemies within 10 yards of the target. Costs 25 Insanity, plus 25 every 1.5 0.8 sec. Cast time changed to 3 seconds (was 4.5).

Holy

  • Holy Nova Holy Nova - An explosion of holy light around you deals up to [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] Holy damage to enemies and up to [ 31.5% of Spell Power ] healing to allies within 12 yds, reduced if there are more than 5 targets. If your Holy Nova deals damage to at least 3 enemies, a second Holy Nova will be cast a moment later at 50% effectiveness at the same location.

Shadow

  • Mind Sear Mind Sear - Corrosive shadow energy radiates from the target, dealing [ 117.9% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4.5 3 sec to all enemies within 10 yards of the target. Costs 25 Insanity, plus 25 every 1.5 0.8 sec. Cast time changed to 3 seconds (was 4.5).
  • Voidform Voidform - Activated by casting Void Eruption. Twists your Shadowform with the powers of the Void, increasing spell damage you deal by 10%, and refreshing Mind Blast's cooldown.

New Talents

  • Psychic Link Psychic Link (PvP Talent) - Mind Blast, Mind Flay, and Mind Spike deal 15% of their damage to all other targets afflicted by your Vampiric Touch within 40 yards.
  • Mind Sear Mind Sear - Corrosive shadow energy radiates from the target, dealing [ 117.9% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 3 sec to all enemies within 10 yards of the target. (Costs 25 Insanity, plus 25 every 0.8 sec)
  • Eternal Call to the Void Eternal Call to the Void - Mind Flay and Mind Sear have a chance to spawn a Void Tendril or Void Lasher that channels at your target for 15 sec, generating 3 insanity every 1 sec.

Rogue

Assassination

  • Leeching Poison Leeching Poison -Adds a Leeching effect to your Lethal poisons, granting you 10% Leech.

Subtlety

New Talents

  • Deadly Poison Deadly Poison - Poisoned weapons have a chance to deal [ 4.5% of Attack Power ] Nature damage to a target already affected by Deadly Poison.
  • Deadly Poison Deadly Poison - Coats your weapons with a Lethal Poison that lasts for 60 min. Each strike has a 30% chance to poison the enemy for [ 37.8% of Attack Power ] Nature damage over 12 sec. Subsequent poison applications will instantly deal [ 4.5% of Attack Power ] Nature damage.
  • Instant Poison Instant Poison - Coats your weapons with a Lethal Poison that lasts for 60 min. Each strike has a 30% chance of poisoning the enemy which instantly inflicts [ 6.3% of Attack Power ] Nature damage.
  • Wound Poison Wound Poison - Coats your weapons with a Lethal Poison that lasts for 60 min. Each strike has a 30% chance to poison the enemy, which instantly inflicts [ 2.13% of Attack Power ] Nature damage and reduces all healing received by 8% for 12 sec, stacking up to 3 times.
  • Reverberation Reverberation - Echoing Reprimand's damage is increased by 75%.
  • Amplifying Poison Amplifying Poison - Coats your weapons with a Lethal Poison that lasts for 60 min. Each strike has a 30% chance to poison the enemy, dealing [ 4.2% of Attack Power ] Nature damage and applying Amplification for 12 sec. Envenom can consume 10 stacks of Amplification to deal 30% increased damage. Max 20 stacks.
  • Deathmark Deathmark - Carve a deathmark into an enemy, dealing [ 90% of Attack Power ] Bleed damage over 18 sec. While marked your Garrote, Rupture, and Lethal poisons applied to the target are duplicated, dealing 100% of normal damage.
  • Restless Crew Restless Crew - Restless Blades also affects party members within 40 yds, reducing the remaining cooldown of a major offensive ability by 0.2 sec per combo point spent. Each party member may only benefit from this effect once per 2.0 sec.
  • Flagellation Flagellation - Lash the target for [ 50% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage, causing each combo point spent within 12 sec to lash for an additional [ 10% of Attack Power ]. Dealing damage with Flagellation increases your Mastery by mas%, persisting 12 sec after their torment fades.
  • Lightweight Shiv Lightweight Shiv - Shiv has 1 additional charge.

Warlock

  • Drain Life Drain Life
    • Desperate Pact: Drains life from the target, causing [ 75% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 5 sec, and healing you for 500% of the damage done. Drain Life heals for 15% more while below 50% health.

Affliction

  • Nightfall Nightfall - Corruption damage has a chance to cause your next Shadow Bolt or Drain Soul to deal 25% increased damage. Shadow Bolt is instant cast and Drain Soul channels 50% faster when affected.

New Talents

  • Fiendish Stride Fiendish Stride - Reduces the damage dealt by Burning Rush by 25%. Burning Rush increases your movement speed by an additional 5%.
  • Soulburn: Drain Life Soulburn: Drain Life - Consumes a Soul Shard, unlocking the hidden power of your spells.
    • Demonic Circle: Teleport: Increases your movement speed by 50% and makes you immune to snares and roots for 8 sec.Demonic Gateway: Can be cast instantly.
    • Drain Life: Gain an absorb shield equal to the amount of healing done for 30 sec. This shield cannot exceed 30% of your maximum health.
    • Health Funnel: Restores 140% more health and reduces the damage taken by your pet by 30% for 10 sec.
    • Healthstone: Increases the healing of your Healthstone by 30% and increases your maximum health by 20% for 12 sec.

      Blizzard have announced a huge slate of class tuning, going over 10 classes in PvE, as well as a big buff to tank threat, and also changing 9 classes in PvP.

      We’re working on a slate of tuning adjustments to classes in Dragonflight. The following changes are scheduled to be implemented with weekly maintenance, Tuesday, December 6 in this region.
      Tank Specializations
      Tank-specialized characters now generate 650% additional threat (was 550%). Developers’ notes: We’ve heard feedback that on-pull burst in dungeon content is causing damage dealers to pull threat more often than is desirable. This change represents roughly a 15% increase to tank threat generation, which should help alleviate these cases, while still requiring tanks to actively engage with enemies to hold threat. Demon Hunter
      The Hunt damage reduced by 10%. Fodder to the Flame proc rate no longer scales with Haste. Druid
      Restoration Regrowth healing decreased by 6%. Hunter
      Steel Trap damage has been reduced by 20%. Explosive Shot damage has been increased by 15%. Barrage damage has been increased by 15%. Marksmanship All damage increased by 10%. Heavy Ammo now causes Trick Shot ricochets to deal an additional 25% damage (was 10%). Survival All damage increased by 5%. Mage
      Fire Flamestrike damage increased by 8%. Pyroblast damage increased by 5%. Fireball damage increased by 10%. Scorch damage increased by 10%. Ignite damage increased by 5%. Rogue
      Assassination Exsanguinate cooldown increased to 3 minutes (was 45 seconds) and bleed effect magnitude reduced to 80% (was 100%). Developers’ notes: Recent data indicates that Exsanguinate is drastically overperforming its historic and intended power level. We recognize that this is a heavy nerf for an individual talent, but it is important that Exsanguinate’s power be similar to alternative available talent choices. We see this as a temporary measure as we head towards the opening of Dragonflight’s first season, and we will reconsider Exsanguinate’s position and role as an available talent for Assassination. We may move, replace, or redesign it in a future patch. Monk
      Brewmaster Brewmaster’s Balance now grants 45% increased stamina (was 30%). Mistweaver Awakened Faeline Spinning Crane Kick now heals 3 nearby allies for 60% of the damage done (was 50%). Vivify heal to primary target increased by 20%. Peaceful Mending now increases healing received by Enveloping Mist and Renewing Mist by 15/30% (was 10/20%). Yu’lon’s Whisper now heals 5 targets (was 6), and healing increased by 15%. Paladin
      Protection Aegis of Light now grants 50% increased stamina (was 45%) and 30% increased armor (was 15%). Shaman
      Restoration All healing spells healing increased by 5%. Acid Rain damage increased by 50%. Warlock
      Soul Leech now converts 3% of damage dealt to an absorb shield (was 6%). Warrior
      Arms Fueled by Violence now heals for 85% of the damage done by Deep Wounds (was 65%). Protection Fueled by Violence now heals for 85% of the damage done by Deep Wounds (was 65%). Brutal Vitality now causes 15% of the damage you deal to add to your active Ignore Pain (was 30%). Player versus Player
      Thank you to those who participated in and provided feedback during the Play with the Blues event in the Dragonflight Beta a few weeks back, as it gave us valuable data and information. That, alongside what we’ve observed on live realms since Dragonflight’s launch, contributed to these PvP adjustments as we head into Season 1.
      Death Knight
      Anti-Magic Shell absorption amount reduced by 25% in PvP combat. Will of the Necropolis damage reduction reduced by 50% in PvP in combat. Anti-Magic Barrier increase to Anti-Magic Shell duration and amount absorbed has been reduced by 50% in PvP combat. Abomination Limb will no longer pull individual enemy players more than once over its duration (was every 4 seconds). Improved Death Strike increase to Death Strike’s healing has been reduced by 50% in PvP combat. Frost Death Strike’s healing increased based on recent damage is reduced by 50% if the damage was dealt by players or their pets. Unholy Death Strike’s healing increased based on recent damage is reduced by 50% if the damage was dealt by players or their pets. Developers’ notes: Death Knight survivability has been substantially higher than we’re comfortable with, so we’re targeting several aspects of their defensive kit. We feel that with these adjustments, Death Knights will maintain durability with options to counterplay defensively. Additionally, the multiple grips from Abomination Limb created scenarios of unfun gameplay with minimal counterplay in PvP. We’re changing this talent to be able to pull in a unique player in once per talent usage. We believe this change will allow the talent to be an attractive talent to pick while maintaining counterplay options for opponents. Druid
      Restoration Budding Leaves is now 70% effective in PvP combat. Fixed an issue that caused Focused Growth’s buff to only apply to one Lifebloom at a time while using the Undergrowth talent. Developers’ notes: Lifebloom has been a higher percentage of Druid healing’s breakdown in PvP than we’d like, so we’re reducing Budding Leaves to bring it more in line. Evoker
      Scarlet Adaptation’s cap is reduced by 30% in PvP combat. Fire Breath’s initial damage is reduced by 30% in PvP combat. Disintegrate and Pyre deal 15% increased damage in PvP combat. Developers’ notes: The goal of this tuning change is to reduce the very high burst from fully charged Fire Breath, which we felt was unfair, as it had the potential to kill enemy players without any time to react. Living Flame also had the potential to deal high burst with all of its modifiers combined together, so we’re reducing Scarlet Adaptation’s cap in PvP. To compensate for the lost power, we’re increasing the damage of Disintegrate and Pyre so that Evoker can contribute more meaningful consistent damage. Note that this will affect both Devastation and Preservation specializations. Preservation Mana regeneration is reduced by an additional 10% in PvP combat. Developers’ notes: All healers have reduced mana regeneration in PvP, so that fights end after a reasonable period of time. Preservation receiving this reduction brings them closer in line with the other healers so that mana is relevant in PvP. Mage
      Arcane Nether Precision is now 75% effective in PvP combat. Prodigious Savant is now 80% effective in PvP combat. Arcane Bombardment is now 65% effective in PvP combat. Developers’ notes: We’re looking to address Arcane’s instant burst damage through adjustments targeting Arcane Blast and Arcane Barrage modifiers. Arcane Bombardment in particular has been too powerful of an execute effect in PvP for its current availability. Frost Piercing Cold is now 50% effective in PvP combat. Ice Lance damage increased by 20% in PvP combat. (PvP Talent) Snowdrift no longer has a cast time (was 1.5 seconds). (PvP Talent) Snowdrift’s cooldown reduced to 45 seconds (was 60 seconds). Developers’ notes: Glacial Spike critical strikes are hitting harder than we would like, despite the long cast time attached to this spell. We’re reducing Piercing Cold’s critical strike damage modifier in PvP to help address this without impacting the base damage of the spell. We’re also increasing the damage of Ice lance as the Splitting Ice talent is less valuable in PvP, given the unpredictable and constant movement of players. Additionally, Snowdrift has been requiring more ramp up than intended, so we’re removing its cast time and lowering its cooldown. Monk
      Mistweaver Ancient Teachings of the Monastery now heals for 375% of damage done (was 240%) in PvP combat. Developers’ notes: We would like to see more aggressive playstyles from Mistweaver Monk to be possible in PvP, so we’re targeting Ancient Teaching of the Monastery to bolster the playstyle. Rogue
      Echoing Reprimand damage is reduced by 30% in PvP combat. Developers’ notes: We’ve seen that the ability could have extremely high burst, more than we’re comfortable with, so we are partially reverting the change made in last week’s hotfixes, where Echoing Reprimand’s damage was no longer reduced in PvP. Shaman
      Enhancement Improved Maelstrom Weapon increases the damage and healing of spells by 8%/15% per stack of Maelstrom Weapon in PvP Combat (was 10%/20%). Raging Maelstrom increases the effectiveness of Maelstrom Weapon stacks by 3% in PvP Combat (was 5%). Stormstrike and Windstrike damage increased by 30% in PvP combat. Developers’ notes: Damage and healing from fully stacked Maelstrom Weapon are higher than intended in PvP, so we’re reducing the value of the associated talents. Separately, we’d like for Enhancement’s sustained damage to be more well-rounded in PvP, so we’re increasing Stormstrike’s damage. Elemental Magma Chamber effectiveness reduced by 50% in PvP combat. Developers’ notes: Earth Shock and Elemental Blast from Elemental Shamans deal more damage than intended with high stacks of Magma Chamber, so we are lowering its effect in PvP. Warlock
      Curse of Tongues reduces cast time by 10% in PvP combat (was 15%). Curse of Tongues applied through Amplify Curse reduces cast time by 20% in PvP Combat (was 35%). Developers’ notes: We’re reducing the overall power of Curse of Tongues in PvP. We’d like for the spell to be valuable to cast, but not cause casters to have a frustrating time trying to cast spells.       Arms Mortal Strike’s damage is no longer reduced by 30% in PvP combat. Sharpened Blades now increases critical strike damage by 5% (was 10%) in PvP combat. Martial Prowess now increases Mortal Strike’s damage by 15% per stack (was 30%) in PvP combat. Execute damage increased by 20% in PvP combat (Arms only). Rend damage reduced by 15% in PvP combat (Arms only). Developers’ notes: We’re looking to increase Mortal Strike’s consistent damage while keeping its burst potential in line through targeted adjustments to its modifiers. We’re also reducing Rend’s damage in PvP as Skullsplitter has been a culprit for one-shots. We’re finalizing additional tuning, and we will continue to keep an eye on class balance over the next week, as we have additional adjustments planned for the week of December 13 (the beginning of Season 1).

      Druid Fixed an issue where Tireless Pursuit was only granting 30% movement speed, not the correct 40% movement speed. Balance Fixed an issue where Sunfire applied to multiple targets would not correctly trigger the Mastery benefit. Evoker Fixed an issue where Eternity Surge could be casted while locked out of its spell school. Fixed an issue where attempting to recast an empowered spell during its GCD would cause your action bars to grey out. Preservation Emerald Communion may now be cast while moving while Hover is active. Hunter Marksmanship Fixed an issue where Wind Arrows from Legacy of the Windrunners or Windrunner’s Barrage were gaining bonus damage from your Mastery twice.       Algeth’ar Academy Echo of Doragosa’s health has been increased by 12%. Brackenhide Hollow Fixed an issue where if players entered the gauntlet toward the final boss from the Den of Decay instead of through Treemouth’s area, the gauntlet could become impossible to complete. Fixed an issue where Bracken Warscourge could spawn inside of the environment in the area leading up to Hackclaw’s War-Band. Neltharus Qalashi Thaumaturge’s Magma Conflagration damage reduced by 40%.       Players can now choose to cancel certain Transporter Malfunctions caused by new and old Wormhole Generators. The Trial of the Elements (Primalist Tomorrow) and Trial of the Flood (Ohn’ahran Plains) events rewards were scaling higher than expected and have had their base item level reduced. Armoire of Endless Cloaks is now a correctly categorized as a Toy. Integrated Primal Fire trinket damage reduced by 19%. Fixed an issue where items purchased from Sabellian and Wrathion quartermasters displayed incorrect reputation requirements. Player versus Player
      War Mode Fixed an issue that the War Mode and Primal Storm cloak rewards were all using the same stat allocation. Warlock Demonology Axe Toss and Solar Beam can no longer trigger the Precognition PvP Talent. Professions
      Enchanting Fixed an issue where Enriched Earthen Shard was appearing underground. Engineering Fixed an issue where Tinker: Plane Displacer was not properly going on cooldown if it malfunctioned.       Fixed an issue causing players above level 60 to be unable to enter certain legacy quest scenarios. A small number of characters who were able to able access a Renown Campaign early have had their access corrected. However, characters who have already started the Campaign questline will be allowed to finish it. The Azure Span Fixed an issue where Kraunot could become unattackable during “A Wrestle of Wind and Water.” Ohn’ahran Plains Fixed an issue where characters could be unable to complete “Shady Sanctuary.”" Thaldraszus
      Fixed an issue where Therazane could be killed in the Black Empire. Players attempting to turn in “Race Through Time” could be knocked off the platform by the opposing faction preventing quest completion. The Black Empire is now flagged as a sanctuary to prevent this from occurring. Fixed an issue where the starting location for “Moving On” was in the wrong location on the map. Reputation
      Dragonscale Expedition Fixed an issue with Ancient Waygates. Players who hit Rank 7 may begin their adventures in exploring these curious ancient stones, scattered throughout the Dragon Isles. Fixed an issue where players were unable to begin the Ancient Waygate questline. Maruuk Centaur Fixed an issue where “Sharing the Bounty” was not appearing at different Renown levels.

      You need to be Level 60 to start leveling in the Dragon Isles!
      Update: Blizzard has changed the level requirement and you now need Level 60 to start the intro quest.
      You will have to complete more side quests or dungeons to reach Level 70. The main campaign is currently gated behind player level and requires 66 in Azure Span, and the final two chapters in Thaldraszus require max level.

      We have one of the more fun Rextroy videos on our hands this time around, as he's organized a competition of the gods! Well, perhaps not gods, but extremely buffed players with millions of HP and 99% damage reduction at least.
      Most players already know about the Torghast-like powers in the Cobalt Assembly in the Azure Span, but Rextroy and crew, as usual, went for some extremes and spent 40ish minutes gathering up all the best ones... and then trying to kill the stacked god as a raid boss! After they found Rex's Protection Paladin unbeatable they instead decided to have a bit of a tournament with many raid bosses... and it all looks pretty fun!
       
      A location many of you might have discovered by now, is the Cobalt Assembly! Here you can easily obtain different torghast-like buffs... there is even a talent tree to make you even stronger! The plan for the video, was to spend an hour stacking buffs, to see if I could turn immortal with 450% mastery. Which would give me more than 100% dmg reduction inside my Consecration, as a prot paladin. Then I would let 40 people try to bring me down!
      After 40 minutes of stacking, I noticed the dmg reduction seemed to cap at about 99%. Also I was unable to gather 40 people at once, only 10-20 people! So it would be a bit unfun for people to just stand and hit a target that would be "unkillable" so I decided to change the event into having everyone present, stack the overpowered wpvp buffs, to make it a REAL battle of world bosses!
      As a test round, we had everyone try to beat Ipanic (since a single stacked unit obtained more defense than offensive powers) and this proved more difficult than expected... His 300% + leech, 60% dmg reduction, and more than 3 Million HP... aswell as other offensive stats, made him almost unstoppable.
      The Battle: This was by far one of the most fun wpvp events I ever had! We spent 15 minutes trying to beat Ipanic with no major progress, even with 3+ titan characters on our team.... We started losing people who wanted to join to fight him, and I sadly lost my titan powers after forgetting to refresh my Mastery buff, that granted me 60%+ dmg reduction in Consecration...
      As a last effort I tried to lure Ipanic up in the air to make him fall to death, but that backfired and I lost the remains of my powers.
      But then suddenly, when things looked lost, he obtained a BOUNTY! This gave us a massive boost of recruitment, more people (especially horde from the zone) arrived to try and put an end to him, we also had more people who signed up on the group finder! However this gave Ipanic many targets to kill and leech health from...an unstacked enemy die in a single 300k+ death coil hit. Ipanic quickly obtained the Tour of Duty (1000 honor obtained) achievement https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=1...
      We were suddenly granted a blessing of selfie cams! Thats right... the weapon that could possibly stand against Ipanics fury It does massive damage (about 100-200k), I am suspecting it might be % based... This made us all try to obliterate Ipanic together in the selfie wars This also backfired, since our warrior titan, Klactiseen, couldn't survive the damage from Panics selfies! A warrior have less healing than a Death Knight afterall...
      This left us with a single titan, the Demon Hunter Lichborne. If he fell, we would have lost! Our offensive powers were waning, and once again everything looked lost! But then suddenly... Ipanic started to break down His armor were turning red, after constantly fighting for 1 and a half hour! This gave us an opening! We managed to reach his second phase, when he says "ENOUGH!" (its a powerup that makes you say that) Then we were once again blessed by the selfies and managed to all together, obliterate the weakened Ipanic in a final blast of photos!
      Victory didn't last long however... Since our last titan turned hostile and killed everyone around him. There was no one left to oppose him so legend has it he is still out there destroying people
