D3 Set Dungeon Guide / Arachyr

There are a couple of issues on this page:

* The build guide suggests Hex/Angry Chicken, yet the desribed set dungeon run requires the Toad of Hugeness.

* The description says the ToH is automatic with the 4 piece set. However, ToH must be selected as a skill for it to appear, in which case Angry Chicken is not available...

Please clarify!
