We checked with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Edge, and unfortunately could not replicate this. Did you try to clear you cache (that might help)? In case that not works, and the issue is the same for all browsers, could you perhaps send a screenshot of the javascript console as well. Just hit CTRL+SHIFT+I when you are on the talents page.
