wow Dragonflight 10.1, Season 2 New and Removed Mythic+ Affixes

Blizzard announced the removal of three affixes in Season 2 and their replacements in the 10.1 PTR development notes today.

DRAGONFLIGHT SEASON 2

MYTHIC+

• There are new affixes and adjusted affixes available for testing. Players can purchase scrolls from the keystone vendor to add to these to their keystone.
  • New Affix: Incorporeal – While in combat, incorporeal beings appear and attempt to destabilize players with spells that reduce their damage and healing done. Incorporeal beings are susceptible to all forms of crowd control.
  • New Affix: Afflicted – While in combat, Afflicted Souls appear that seek the aid of players. Afflicted Souls spawn with poison, curse, and disease afflictions. Removing any of these afflictions or restoring the spirit to full health causes it to despawn. Fail to remove their afflictions in time will inflict players with a negative status effect.
  • New Affix: Entangling – While in combat, entangling vines snare players.
  • Updated Affix: Explosive – Fewer Explosive Orbs spawn, but they now have substantially higher health.
• The following affixes have been retired for Dragonflight Season 2:
  • Quaking
  • Grievous
  • Volcanic

Imo, Afflicted should grant buffs to the dispeller when dispelled, else it is just another healer's affix. This will also provide an incentive to players run the talents instead of that "not dps increase, don't waste GCD" mindset.

Upon first reading of this, I was wondering why would we add affixes to a key, since no benefits are described. Then I realized that it’s just for testing purposes on the PTR.

This should come with a removal(atleast a significant reduction) of the CD for dispel abilities. It will be even more dangerous than Grievous if you will have some DoTs on party members and that npc spawn.

Kinda worried that the explosives will have too much health and same cast time.

Yeah not a fan of explosives that require more than one person to switch to.    Especially if your group's ranged options aren't great.
