wow Character Select Updated with New Drag and Drop Function in Patch 10.1.5

Blizzard has updated the Character Select Screen in Patch 10.1.5 with a new drag and drop function that lets you easily move your characters around.

If you'd like to change the order of your characters as they appear on the Select Screen in Patch 10.1.5, you can do so easily by drag and dropping them where you'd like.

This isn't new. This was around in Shadowlands and maybe BFA. It was disabled/removed at the launch of Dragonflight

What Id really like to see, is a favorite-feature: I can mark my main toons on different servers, and they appear on a single screen. Maybe a new screen before the character select, or just the current one, with an icon or a new tab indicating they are on a different server.

Pretty sure "drag and drop" is new. The ability to move characters...since that was introduced...has been through up/down arrows. Drag and drop will be slightly quicker.

We definitely had something like that, but was some sort of "drag and slide" more than a "drag and drop". I'm someone who changes a lot the order of the 24578 alts on my various realms, and I went batshit crazy when I couldn't do it anymore at DF.

THIS, we HAD a drag and slide till DF and then they removed it....was a rly bad thing...but if it will now return in a better version, sounds fine to me 🙂

We HAD drag and drop since BFA.
We HAVE drag and drop even in classic, and it never went away there during the "away"-period in retail.
It bugged out (???) or got removed in DF, and it has now been re-introduced.

So, it's 100% not new, and during this time; usable in classic.
