Thanks 🙂 Realistically almost all BiS lists will be very close to each other stat wise. I've gone with a bit of expertise, which is what I'm assuming the other lists are not going for. Getting Tier 9 shoulders is a bit easier than Season 7 shoulders as well. The list posted here is close to what I've seen a lot of the top Rogue PvP players also suggest, so it should do you well.
