The Diablo 4 update hotfix 2 for patch 1.0.4 which was released yesterday is now out on all platforms. This is the second server-side patch released today, and this fixes the issue of Uber Unique items dropping at a higher rate from Helltide Chests. Check out what’s new in the Diablo 4 update patch notes for July 7 (July 8 for those outside the US).

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where Uber Unique items had an unintended higher chance to drop from Helltide Chests.

Gameplay Changes

Helltide Chests will now have the chance to drop any Unique and not be restricted to specific item slot limitations from any chest.
