Can't get Minor Speed enchant on boots until phase 2. That would make Minor Stamina the best enchant for boots during Phase 1.

Going from movement speed to 1 stamina feels so bad lol, but you are right its unfortunately 225 enchanting to perform, will change it ASAP thanks!

The spell hit cap for BFD is 5%, which can be reached with boon and mana oil, making elemental precision completely useless in p1.

True, its just that the alternative talents are not a big deal either 😞 so it ends up being a low impact decision.

This spell rotation contradicts what this page says about using scorch. The rotation guide says to use as a filler, but the page I link says to only use scorch to get 5 stacks of imp then maintain the 5 stacks.

Maybe I'm misinterpreting what "filler" means here?

Great catch! Its because the cited part on rotation was taken from the Level 60 WoW Classic guide (where Fireball is used as filler instead of Scorch due to the Hot Streak rune not existing) but in SoD Scorch is generally superior to use as a filler since you will crit more and thus get more instant Pyroblasts, at least at Level 40 that was what the simulation mathed out.

The best in slot list doesn’t seem up to date. 
 

Just a few examples: Kentic Amice (5 stam/13 int/6 spirit/14 spell dam) from BRD has to be better than Synthetic Mantle, right? Spritecaster Cape seems better than the Bloodrot cloak, the new wild offering belt has to be better than Volatile Concoction, Cyclopean Band has to be better than Lorekeeper’s Ring, etc. Also what about the new PvP set and epic wild offering ring (Roar of the Dream?).

Phase just came out so we got the absolute best at the top and the best from previous season below, will be adding intermediate choices such as the ones you listed over the next few days, thanks for the feedback! 🙂
