I have big issue

hi guyz I have big problem with my alt char monk tank , after level 60 I got all dragon riding mount ability talents and quest but I cant see dragon riding ability on my bar plz help me , I closed addons  remove quest and take it back  , my main char  is no such problem

If you just hit 60 have you opened up dragonflight talent section and used your coins? And then might just have to manually drag and drop them.
