Huge problems with D3 random freeze and error

Hello i have a big problem with diablo3.No matter what i do , i get random freeze  or error. I use portal and  freeze only alt+ f4 work or kil process.
I use portal in game and i got freeze on loading screen. When i pick up orbs in deep cevices , the game freezes for a fraction of a second. I repaired the game files , run winmtr , update drivers and nothing helps. I try find solution but i cant find good reason what happen. 
I have  RTX2080 / I9-99ook / 32gb ram / WIN 10. I have other  computer where my wife play with random I5 / GTX970/16gb ram and nothing happen , she play and  dont have any problems. 

Can someone  help me fix this ?
