Zenless Zone Zero and Genshin Impact Nominated for "Best Mobile Game" at the Gamescom 2024 Awards

Both Genshin Impact and Zenless Zone Zero have been nominated for awards at the Gamescom 2024 Awards Show. Read on to learn about the rewards and what games HoYoverse are competing against.

Gamescom, held annually in Cologne, Germany, is one of the largest and most significant gaming conventions in the world. It serves as a global stage for developers to showcase their latest projects and innovations. The Gamescom Awards are a highlight of the event, recognizing excellence across various categories.

Both Zenless Zone Zero and Genshin Impact which are made by HoYoverse have been nominated for the "Best Mobile Game" category against CAPCOM's Monster hunter Now, Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 and Digital Animals Game.

The winners will be announced live during the award show on August 23, 2024. If you are attending gamescom, you are also able to vote on-site. Information surrounding the nomination procedures as well as Assessment Criteria as well as other categories can be found on the Gamescom Award webpage. 

HoYoverse is also attending gamescom for the entire duration, and can be found in Hall 6, C031 so make sure to head over and show some support as well as participate in the Booth Events they have available. You can also collect stamps for Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero. Doing so will allow you to obtain a HoYoverse bag alongside other special surprises.

      Zenless Zone Zero's Special Program Livestream just ended, and here is all the information you need to know for the upcoming patch!
      The Astra-nomical Moment Special Program has revealed many exciting and interesting news about the upcoming version 1.5 of the game! The livestream started with the wonderful new trailer.
      Have a look at it:
      Following the trailer, the two upcoming agents have been presented in more details. The new story will unveil more about their story. Astra and Evelyn are like a Family off-stage, and there are many secret to uncover! Here are a few details about both Agent's abilities:
      Astra Yao: She is an Ether Support S-Rank Agent. She can both boost your Squad's damage and heal them. When she enters her special mode, she will keep dancing on stage even if you switch to another agent. Astra will be a powerful unit especially for End-Game content, as she is currently the only agent able to heal others.  Evelyn Chevalier: She is a Fire Attack S-Rank Agent. Evelyn can increase her own Critical Rate. She is a mix of power and grace, and can deal massive AOE Fire damage. She will most likely be a good duo with Astra, as they are currently the only two agents from the same faction. The following content will also be added to the game during version 1.5:
      New S-Rank Bangboo: Snap.       During the Special Program for version 1.5 of the game, three skins have been officially announced:
      We already knew about Nicole, but we are also getting a skin for Ellen Joe and the upcoming agent, Astra Yao!
      Here are the visuals for all three skins:



      Nicole's Skin will be obtainable through the Day of Brillant Wishes event during 1.5, while Astra and Ellen's Skins will be available for purchase through the new Outfit Store. The exact price is unknown, but they will be reduced at first during a promotional period.

      The upcoming Version of Zenless Zone Zero will be titled Astra-nomical Moment!
      The Special program for 1.5 will go live on January 10, 2025 at 19h30 (UTC+8) / 12:30 CET. You will be able to watch the broadcast on the Zenless Zone Zero official channels:
