BEST Lock Spec for RBGs?

So during the last xpac I RBG'd as DESTRO and had tons of fun! Now though with the recent nerf to DESTRO. Im wondering.... What is the BEST or most desired Lock Spec for RBGs? What is that spec's "group fight" rotation? Any and all help will be much appreciated! Thanks guys/gals!
