Leaked information for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6 shares information on Pulchra, Silver Soldier Anby and Trigger's kits! Find out more information here!

The latest leaks for version 1.6 revealed the changes that were made to all three upcoming agents!

Pulchra: New A-Rank Agent

Pulchra is set to join the roster as an A-Rank agent specializing in physical stun damage. With her Additional Attack mechanic, she can be very interesting to play. Notably, Pulchra will be obtainable for free during the main event in Version 1.6. She received some minor changes:

Mindscape Changes:

  • M1: Increases critical rate by 20% when attacking enemies in a [Trapped] state.
  • M4: Reduces energy consumption for [EX Special Attack: Claws and Flash Step] by 5 points.
  • M6: Enhances damage of [Special Attack: Devouring Claw – Nightmare Shadow] by 15% and adds two additional attacks.

W-Engine:

  • Activating a [Special Attack] or [EX Special Attack] boosts the user's damage by 30%. If triggered while off-field, damage is further increased by 15% (up to 24% at P5) for 3 seconds.

Adjustments to Silver Soldier Anby

SSAnby is the S-Rank version of Anby, an Agent we know since the beginning of the game. This new Anby will still be an Electric Agent, but she does switch from Stun to Attack. Her kit received the following changes:

Significant Buffs;

  • Basic attack string received one more attack, from 4 to 5. The new 5th basic attack has the same MVs/charge generation as the 4th one, so it is likely a repeat of 4. It seems like this attack can be repeated up to 5 times.
  • After consuming 3 marks in a row (doing 3 "dashes" on the enemy), does an additional instance of Additional Damage. 448.6% Damage and 287% Daze at level 12.
  • Additional Ability now grants additional +10% crit rate on top of what it did before.

Mindscape Changes:

  • Fast charging mode Critical hit rate increased by 20%; after launching the finishing move, 6 layers of [Lightning] will be obtained; when the [Special Skill: Blue Light] is launched while having [ Lightning ], it will consume [Lightning] when hitting an enemy with [White Thunder], and each consumption of 1 layer of [Lightning] will trigger 1 [White Thunder] damage.
  • Accurate discharge The additional attack damage caused by the Tin Soldier Ambi is increased by 40%; when [Enhanced Special] and [Finishing Move] hit the enemy, up to 3 additional [White Thunder] damage will be triggered without consuming the [White Thunder] layer.
  • Well -trained [Normal Attack], [Dodge], [Support Skill], [Special Skill], [Combined Skill] Skill Level +2
  • Charge conduction The damage dealt by Silver Heart Tin Soldier Amby to enemies with [Silver Star] ignores the target's 15% resistance to electric damage.
  • Street Experience [Normal Attack], [Dodge], [Support Skill], [Special Skill], [Combined Skill] Skill Level +2
  • Charging electric field Every time Silverheart Tin Soldier Amby consumes 6 layers of [White Thunder], he will trigger an electromagnetic vortex, causing an additional 1800% attack damage of electricity attribute to the target and surrounding enemies. This damage is regarded as launching an [Additional Attack].

Trigger Updates:

Trigger is another S-Rank Agent that will be introduced during 1.6. She seems to be the one who received the most changes. It also seems the leaks from a few days ago were not quite correct and most likely from an older kit. Here are the latest changes:

  • Sniper point system removed.
  • Now uses a Desperate Point and Cooperative State system.
  • Gain 25 Desperate Points when performing the final shot in sniping mode.
  • No longer has any minimum attack count requirement.
  • A quick assist to the next unit is triggered after performing the final shot in Crouching Sniper mode.
  • Crouching Sniper mode attacks damage/daze was reduced.
  • When Trigger is off field and has Desperate points: Consume 5 Points and perform her Additional Attack when the on field character uses Ex Special, Assist Follow up or Ultimate. This can occur twice within every 8 seconds. These Additional Attacks have high interrupt level (they stagger enemies easily)
  • When Trigger is off field and has Desperate points: Consume 3 Points and perform her Additional Attack when the on field character uses Normal Attack, Dodge Counterattack, Special, Quick Assist. This can occur twice within every 3 seconds.
  • These new Additional Attacks do 156.2% Damage and 65.2% Daze.
  • Cooperative state: While in the cooperative state, any attack triggers Additional Attacks with no cooldown.
  • After Trigger uses her Ex Special, she enters the Cooperative State for 6 seconds and can trigger 8 Additional Attacks without spending Desperate Points. The state ends when the duration ends or all free attacks are used.
  • After Trigger uses her Ult, she enters the Cooperate State for 10 seconds and can trigger 12 Additional Attacks without spending Desperate Points. The state ends when the duration ends or all free attacks are used.
  • Ult damage/daze: slight buff 4282.7%/1889.7%.
  • Vulnerability buffed from 20% to 35%.
  • Additional Ability now requires Attack class or same attribute (electric)
  • No longer gains 10% crit rate in additional ability. Scaling for increased daze % on Additional Attacks changed to 1.3% for every point of crit rate above 40% to a maximum of 65% increased daze at 90% crit rate.
  • Minor updates to her Mindscapes

Zenless Zone Zero's Alice got some minor changes in the latest 2.1 beta hotfix, including Sword Qi generation adjustments and Candy Splash scaling. Here's a quick recap.
Alice is getting a few balance updates in Zenless Zone Zero's ongoing 2.1 beta testing. While these aren't major changes, they help smooth out her Sword Qi mechanics and Candy Splash scaling.
Let's break down what's changed in the Hotfix update from June 17 and earlier hotfixes:
Sword Qi & Momentum Fixes Her EX Special no longer gives 1 Sword Qi. This change likely happened because she now gains Sword Qi on Force Assault triggers instead. It helps avoid giving her too much Qi too easily. Sword Momentum overstacking has been removed. That system let her gain Qi even when already at max stacks, but it was quickly taken out just days after being added. It's unclear why it was added in the first place, but it's gone now. Overall, these changes don't make a big difference in how she plays, but they do tidy up her energy management a bit.
Candy Splash Buffs Normal Attack: Candy Splash Enemies hit by Candy Splash (while under [Candy Fright] state) now get better Anomaly buildup. Abnormal accumulation efficiency raised from 19% to 25%. This bonus only affects buildup, not damage directly. Normal Attack: Super Candy Splash No change here. It still works the same: When enemies in [Candy Shock] get hit by heavy attacks, Super Candy Splash triggers. Efficiency stays at 19%, and like before, it does not boost Anomaly damage, only buildup. Earlier Hotfixes Recap Fixed Core Passive values for Alice. Force Assault damage clarified: Now deals 20% base + 80% of CRIT Rate, up to 100% total (equal to a normal Assault). Slight 10% nerf to B5 and Enhanced B5. Ultimate's tooltip fixed, now correctly shows that it generates 3 Sword Qi over 9 seconds. According to leaker Leifa, Force Assault currently has no internal cooldown (ICD), meaning Alice can trigger it repeatedly without delay. However, Disorder effects still follow a standard 3-second ICD, so not every Anomaly hit will fully trigger effects.
You can check the original Reddit post here:
Keep in mind that these changes are all beta-only for now and could change again before the update goes live!

Miasma is a new hazard in Zenless Zone Zero since 2.0. Here's what it does in combat and exploration, and how to properly counter its effects during fights and Hollow missions!
Miasma is one of the biggest new mechanics introduced in Zenless Zone Zero 2.0, and it brings a deadly twist to both combat and exploration. The real mechanics of this system are barely explained, and a bit brushed off when you first encounter it, which is leading to a lot of confusion.
If you're exploring the Aerospace City in the Lemnian Hollow, you will definitely run into a lot of Miasma, so you better learn how to counter it! Here's everything you need to know about how Miasma works, and how to deal with it.

Miasma is basically Ether in gas form, and it affects both enemies and your team in different ways. When Miasma appears during battle, it changes the flow of combat with two main effects:

Miasma Shields (For Enemies) Enemies exposed to Miasma will gain a Miasma Shield. The Stun bar of the enemy basically turns red/purple. It will go down as you hit it with certain attacks. This shield boosts their damage reduction and anti-interruption, and they can't be stunned while the shield is active. It acts like a second health bar that you must break through. Once broken, the enemy gets purified, taking huge bonus damage, and your team gains a a lot of Energy or Adrenaline, letting you launch powerful follow-up attacks.
Miasma Meter (For Your Team) When your characters are exposed to Miasma (by standing in toxic fog or taking specific attacks), a Miasma Meter appears at the bottom of the screen. It's a purple bar down in the middle that will keep filling up.  Once it's full, your entire team takes damage based on their current HP. This can quickly become devastating if you don't pay attention. Miasma enemies can't be stunned and barely take damage, so your usual "impact" strategies won't work. You'll need to change up your tactics:
Best Ways to Deal With Miasma Shields: Use Dodge Counters, Defensive Assists, and Ultimates. For some reason, these deal bonus damage to Miasma Shields. Save EX Specials and Ultimates for when a Miasma Shield appears so you can burst it down quickly. You usually know when you fight enemies who will spawn those shield, are your surrounding will mostly be full purple. Stunner teams like Lighter and Hugo are basically useless. You have to switch from Stun/Impact builds to ATK or CRIT-based Squads for better shield damage. Use off-field attackers to constantly eat away at Miasma Shields while you stay mobile. Rupture Agents such as Yixuan are the most effective as they directly break through the Miasma Shield and ignore enemy defenses directly. They are currently the only Agents capable of bi-passing the miasma shields and hitting the health bar straight away. However, Miasma isn't just a battle mechanic: you can also encounter it during story and exploration. In places like the Aerospace City in the Lemnian Hollow, Miasma forms hazards or obstacles that block your path.

You will learn how to use the Disintegration technique from Yixuan during the 2.0 story, which will help you clear out any miasma plant or fog blocking your way so you can move forward.
You can also find devices to clear Miasma buildup from your team, so don't hesitate to get close to one if your Miasma meter gets critically high! It's the Fissure Beacons that you can also use to teleport yourself inside the Hollow. They also heal you.
