If you are sitting at the .04 modifier of IF during Burn phase you will see a loss of .11 during that phase. If you play to the strengths of the phases of arcane and plan your RoP positioning to time with Arcane Power and Crystal you should see better results over IF. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
