This event will be running from Version 3.7 to the end of Version 4.0 (Server Time).
Stellar Companions is a recurring limited-time event. This means all of the rewards are only available until the event period ends. This event may return in the future, but it is subject to change.

What is the Stellar Companions Event About?
Stellar Companions is a free log-in reward event. Whenever this event is active, players can receive Golden Companion Spirits, which are exchangeable for free 5-star characters, Eidolons, or Variable Dice in the Stellar Convergence shop.
How do you Participate in the Stellar Companions Event?
In order to participate in the Stellar Companions event, you need to reach Trailblaze Level 4 and unlock the Travel Log feature.
What are Stellar Companions Rewards?
During the event, you can obtain one Golden Companion Spirit as a free limited-time reward. Each of these can be exchanged for either a new 5-star character (or Eidolon), or two Variable Dice.

What is Stellar Companions?
Introduced in Version 3.2, players can now obtain free copies of limited-time characters without using any Stellar Jades or Star Rail Special Passes. The Golden Companion Spirit item is exchangeable through Stellar Convergence located in the Shop.
How Can I Use the Golden Companion Spirit?
After accessing the Stellar Convergence tab from the Shop menu, you can exchange 1 Golden Companion Spirit for either:
- 1 copy of a 5-star character (or Eidolon), or
- 2 Variable Dice
How Can I Obtain More Golden Companion Spirits?
You can also obtain Golden Companion Spirits via the limited-time event Cherished Recollection. This event requires players to purchase Oneiric Shards to obtain 1 Golden Companion Spirit. The amount of Oneiric Shards required may vary per event.
What Happens When I Exchange for Surplus Eidolons?
If you are unsure on how to use your Golden Companion Spirits, it is highly recommended to save them, as they will not expire. Your chosen 5-star character may max their Eidolons through Warps instead, and the Golden Companion Spirits are rarely available.
Since Version 3.2, Honkai: Star Rail will compensate any surplus of 5-star character Eidolons with Silver Companion Spirits instead. You can exchange 2 Silver Companion Spirits for 1 Golden Companion Spirit.
