[US-Emerald Dream] [H] Afternoon Tennis, Raid Progression 7/7 H HM, 1/7 M HM, 6/10 H BRF!

Afternoon Tennis is a Horde progression raiding guild on Emerald Dream looking to recruit!

I will continue to check and post on this thread for the next week, so please check back or pose a question!

 

Raid Times:

We raid Fridays and Saturdays from 9:30-12:30 Server time. We are considering adding a third day.

What were about:

Afternoon Tennis loves to push progression, but we’re not jerks about it. We don’t expect unreasonable things of our players. We’re somewhere in the middle of the two standard raid guild types. We’re not afraid to try and push our players to work on their play, but were also not devoid of any fun. We have a solid core group of fun players. Our attitude can basically be summarized as: Hey, If you need to take a leak after a wipe, that’s fine, but when you come back it’s time to go ham at the turkey dinner.

 

Please note that this guild is not run by a single tyrannical GM who throws puppies off of buildings. We work by process of democratic vote amongst the Veterans, Officers, Raid Lead, and Guild Master. Everyone in this group has equal voting power, the only difference amongst these titles are the responsibilities that come with it. This is known amongst our guild as The Council.

 

Progression:

We’ve cleared Heroic Highmaul many times and with great efficiency. We are currently 1/7 for Mythic Highmaul (but don’t worry, were coming back!).

 We are also currently pushing progression on Heroic Blackrock Foundry. As of right now we are 4/10, however were raiding again tonight (Saturday) and will probably have made notable progress. I’ll be posting early tomorrow about said progress.

 

Perks of AT:

We offer free basic gems and enchants on all gear.
We offer free high end gems and enchants on BIS gear (Heroic BIS included).

Free Feasts and Potions.

And most importantly a sassy core group (no seriously, so sassy).

 

What were looking for:

At this point we can afford to be picky with who we trial. However, this doesn’t mean that if you aren’t one of these classes don’t bother applying. A player of exceptional skill is more important than a player who plays the exact class we want. Feel free to make your best case to whomever you decide to contact in our guild.

 

At this point in time we are not looking for a Tank.

 

We are currently looking to fill 1 spot for Healer. We’d prefer to have either Mistweaver Monk or Restoration druid; however we will also consider taking any NON Holy Priest or Restoration Shaman.

 

We are currently looking to fill 1 spot for Melee DPS. We are willing to trial all classes except for Feral Druid and Rogue. We will consider taking a retribution paladin, but they’re on the bottom of our list. A Windwalker Monk is at the top of our list.

 

We are currently looking to fill 2 spots for Ranged DPS. We are looking for Mage, Hunter, Boomkin or Warlock.
