Exsanguinate Rupture question

When I get my all bleeds (rupture, garrote, hemo) on target and then use exsanguinate, should I let them tick down faster all the way to 0, then refresh ?

Or should I just refresh like normal 30% or less  duration remaining. I don't know if that messes with the exsanguinate timing thing.

I'm pretty new to rogue.

Yeah you should let them tick down. This is mostly because the damage ticks happen so quickly, and refreshing them will only slow them down
