Arms hidden artifact.

Greetings everyone!

I'm new to this site and abbreviations in general when it comes to WoW, since it was 4 years ago since I played WoW. I've played for some time now as an Arms Warrior and finally found out that "Helgar" gives you the quest for the hidden Arms artifact, when you've reached "AK3".

Now what I am wondering is, what does "AK3" mean and how do I obtain it? Thank you for your time,

Artifact Knowledge, you can talk to an npc in your class hall to start researching it once you're 110. The more knowledge you have the more artifact points you get from the artifact point items.

Just to add to what Sawz has said, the higher your knowledge goes, the more it increases each time. 

From AK0 -> AK1, you go from 0 -> 25%.

From AK24 -> AK25, you go from 22300 -> 24900%.
