So,

Which trinket should I be using (obviously arms warriors are not concerned with iLvl because Mastery is desired over strength.

I have the 820 iLvl trinket from a timewarped dungeon and that with heroism, Battle Cry, Potion, trinket use, could provide an extreme amount of dps burst which is also on a 1.5m CD. It seems like an obvious choice but I wanted to hear any thoughts or opinions that people have since I'll be losing 500+ static mastery. Also, the use effect gives around 20-24% increased damage during colossus smash. 

Thoughts?...

I'd be careful with this assumption. While Mastery is desired and does have a higher stat weight than strength, you do not want to completely throw out strength all together. If the item level gap is significant or the strength value is significant, it can be better than a piece with mastery.

In your specific case the first comparison would be the consideration of trading 545 Mastery for 933 Strength.

Without going much further into the math, as it can be very boring to some people, I'll put your answer straight forward: use the latest version of SimulationCraft to see which trinket will theoretically pull out more numbers for you. My guess, just looking at the two, is that Mark of Khardros will be better.

The numbers don't bore me at all in fact I find it very interesting. But, I will run a SimulationCraft on it. My thought process was that I'm not only trading +545 mastery for +933 strength, I'm able to pop the 4100 mastery on a 1.5min cooldown during heroism, Battle Cry, and Avatar. That increase in mastery is 23% more damage. Hopefully SimulationCraft will take this into account. During a short fight of Halls of Valor I pulled 550k dps for 554 iLvl. As far as the other higher iLvl gear that I have in the bank for getting into Mythic Dungeon groups I'll have to run the sim.

It's great that Mark's cooldown lines up with Avatar, though its duration is 5 seconds shorter. It is also dependent on having perfect uptime on CS during the duration, and you're only going to have Warbreaker for every other use in case it all goes awry. If you only get 8 seconds out of the 15 with the CS debuff up then you've lost an awful lot of your damage. If you use this trinket, you're probably going to want to save Warbreaker to use with your Avatar rotation.

      <Pickle Palace> is a recently formed guild on Illidan, but is made up of veteran players who wanted to take a step back from semi-hardcore raiding. We are currently raiding Mythic Antorus (9/11), with our goal being to finish it out before the end of the expansion. Our community is actively playing outside of raid time, pushing M+ and hanging out on discord.

      Introduction
      We are a group of friends, who share a love for video games. We were looking for a more organized approach to the game and naturally formed a guild. Now we're mainly looking for people who are curious towards PvE content such as raiding and mythic+. We are very open, friendly and like to joke around with each other. We always have room for more people to have fun with.
      Vision
      We've only recently formed our raiding team, meaning there's still room for improvement. 
      Our goal for legion is to clear Heroic at least before BFA hits. Currently, we've killed 4/11HC. We're still trying to build the main roster where we can rely on our players, instead of having to bring in pugs for every other raid. For the rest of legion, we're looking for healers mainly.
      In BFA we'll be doing our best to gear up as a guild, to enjoy the challenging aspect of the game. Meaning we'll be focusing in clearing PvE content mainly and push as far as we can into mythic raiding content. Realistically we'd like to be clearing HC for every raid-tier. We want to get the right composition to progress with a decent speed.
      As our raid team is quite new, we expect everyone involved to be patient and keep their frustrations off mic or in a whisper to the raid leader and let him deal with problems that may occur.
      Here's a small list of expectations we've got for you as an aspiring raider:
      Good and friendly attitude despite frustration during progression runs. Self-awareness & self-enlightenment. A raider's mentality; dedication and reliability. Focus during the boss encounters. Perform assigned tasks given by the raid leader.  Know your class like the back of your palm. Use tools like Simcraft, Warcraftlogs, and WoWAnalyzer to better yourself. Willingness to put the well-being of the raid team above personal gain (Loot, benching etc.). Good attendance and preparations (Flask/Food/Pots). When we're raiding, we won't hesitate to remove anyone who, repeatedly act toxic. All raiders will be evaluated as we go, based on their performance and attitude in the raiding environment. 
      Raid Information
      Raid Days: Wednesday & Thursday
      Raid Time: 19:00-23:00 CEST / Server time
      Loot System in Legion
      In Legion we're currently using Loot Council as the looting system and will always look for the best way to improve the raid group as a whole, rather than a player. We're a team, and there's no I in team. As Blizzard has stated they're removing ML in BFA which means we'll have to adapt to personal loot once BFA is released. 
      Communication
      We use Discord for all communication and as a guild front, you'll find all the information you need in here. It will contain information about guild-based activities such as raids, social runs, logs etc. If something is missing, feel free to contact one of our officers, and we'll get it fixed asap.
      As a European guild, we're aware that people with different languages will be present. Therefore we've decided to require every member to speak basic English and keep all public chatter be in guild chat or discord in English as well.
      Anything else?
      We've got a friendly environment, open to get new players to join our guild and get some more progression going. We've got a single rule due to earlier experiences, which is an age restriction on 18+. We also play other games, so if you hit it off with some of us, why not venture outside WoW and grow the relationship.
