New class changes from Build 23578 of Patch 7.2, revolving around Fire Mage buffs to many talents and abilities.

Some class changes were documented in the latest PTR 7.2 Patch Notes. Below is a list of changes brought with Build 23578.

Hunter

  • Talents

Mage

  • Abilities
    • Dragon's BreathDragon's Breath -  Enemies in a cone in front of you take [ 295% (up from 250%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage and are disoriented for 4 sec. Damage will cancel the effect.
    • FireballFireball -  Throws a fiery ball that causes [ 1 + 236% (up from 200%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage.
    • Fire BlastFire Blast -  Blasts the enemy for [ 188.8% (up from 160%)of Spell Power ] Fire damage. 
    • FlamestrikeFlamestrike -  Calls down a pillar of fire, burning all enemies within the area for [ 1 + 271.4% of Spell Power (up from 230%)] Fire damage and reducing their movement speed by 50% for 8 sec.
    • Phoenix's FlamesPhoenix's Flames -  Hurls a Phoenix that causes [ 1 + 389.4% (up from 330%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage to the target and splashes [ 129.8% (was 110%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage to other nearby enemies. This damage is always a critical strike.
    • PyroblastPyroblast -  Hurls an immense fiery boulder that causes [ 1 + 495.6% (up from 420%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage.
    • ScorchScorch -  Scorches an enemy for [ 1 + 70.8% (up from 60%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage. Castable while moving.
  • Talents
    • CinderstormCinderstorm -  Throws a spread of 6 cinders that travel in an arc, each dealing [ 76.7% (up from 65%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage to enemies it hits. Damage increased by 30% if the target is affected by your Ignite.
    • Flame PatchFlame Patch -  Flamestrike leaves behind a patch of flames which burns enemies within it for [ 8 + 236% (up from 200%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage over 8 sec.
    • Living BombLiving Bomb -  The target becomes a Living Bomb, taking [ 4 + 118% (up from 100%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage over 4 sec, and then exploding to deal an additional [ 1 + 94.9% (was 80%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage to the target and all other enemies within 10 yards.
    • MeteorMeteor -  Calls down a meteor which lands at the target location after 3 sec, dealing [ 1 + 1,298% (up from 1,100%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage, split evenly between all targets within 8 yards, and burns the ground, dealing [ 330.4% (up from 280%) of Spell Power ] Fire damage over 8 sec to all enemies in the area.

Monk

  • Talents
    • Chi BurstChi Burst -  Hurls a torrent of Chi energy up to 40 yds forward, dealing [ 1 + 412.5% (up from 275%) of Attack Power ] Nature damage to all enemies, and [ 412.5% of Attack Power ] healing to the Monk and all allies in its path.

Priest

  • Abilities
    • SmiteSmite -  Smites an enemy for [ 225% of Spell Power ] Holy damage and has a 20% chance (up from 1%) to reset the cooldown of Holy Fire.

Warlock

  • Abilities
    • Reap SoulsReap Souls - Now has a 5 second cooldown. More information can be found here.

Can Icy Veins stop being ignorant? Mages are getting 0 buff. It's just a switch from damage aura to coefficient.

And in 1 month people will forget this was done and they will get another damage aura buff because "omg every other class has damage aura buff and fire mage is at 0!"
