How beneficial these bonuses are (based on logs of a heroic guild) Note that logs will be slightly inaccurate, due to norushen and a few other portions of fights that change effective uptime vs fight time.

Holy:

achievement_dungeon_ulduarraid_misc_03.jT16 Holy 2P Bonusability_paladin_infusionoflight.jpgInfusion of Light also increases the healing done by spell_holy_holybolt.jpgHoly Lightspell_holy_surgeoflight.jpgDivine Light and spell_paladin_divinecircle.jpgHoly Radiance by 25%.

Infusion of Light is highly dependent on crit, which should be around 20% (Due to intellect and buffs with 0 crit rating). Based off logs of a 20% crit paladin, 178 procs over 2934 seconds of Boss fights (6 boss fights total). Effectively giving you the buff every 15 seconds. Basically ~every 15 seconds you'll get a good buff to your healing, this is a pretty valuable bonus that you most definitely need to get.

achievement_dungeon_ulduarraid_misc_03.jT16 Holy 4P Bonus - Reduces the cooldown of spell_holy_divineillumination.jpgDivine Favor by 60 sec. while spell_holy_divineillumination.jpgDivine Favor is active, Mastery is increased by 4500.

Easily an important bonus. 50% more uptime on Divine Favor, and while its active, 9.375% more bonus to healing shields via mastery. This is a very large bonus to healing,  changing its overall uptime from 1/9 to 1/6 while giving it an additional bonus. It is recommended to not bother powering this up with other CDs, as they will likely not be necessary, and thus wasted.

Retribution: (Note: I'm no ret paladin so I could be off)

achievement_dungeon_ulduarraid_misc_03.jT16 Retribution 2P Bonus - When ability_paladin_artofwar.jpgThe Art of War activates, all damage is increased by 5% for 6 sec.

Based on logs, it seems to proc every 15 seconds, thus being the equivalent of +2% damage overall (log uptimes showed slightly less than every 15 seconds, but that includes not attacking portions of a fight). Fairly decent bonus since there's no real reason to ignore it. You can also line things up to use them the second it's procced to get a bit more mileage out of the buff.

achievement_dungeon_ulduarraid_misc_03.jT16 Retribution 4P Bonus - Holy Power consumers have a 25% chance to make your next ability_paladin_divinestorm.jpgDivine Storm free and deal 50% more damage.

Procced about every 20 seconds, making the damage gain very helpful, especially in AoE boss fights. It may look like it's just an AoE, but it's still a free cast that only costs 1 GCD. It may not be the top of your priority list, but its still dps. It also becomes very useful in any fight with more than 1 key target.

Protection:

achievement_dungeon_ulduarraid_misc_03.jT16 Protection 2P Bonus - While spell_holy_divineprotection.jpgDivine Protection is active, 75% of the damage taken is converted into a heal over time that activates when spell_holy_divineprotection.jpgDivine Protection fades.

This bonus is extremely powerful when combined with Unbreakable Spirit, which makes the uptime on your Divine Protection 1/3 instead of 1/6, and gives you 75% of all damage taken in that time as a hot. This makes it very good for heavy damage intakes that last longer than 10 seconds, since the first 10% you're reducing damage taken, the rest of it, you're gaining it all back in a HoT. This can still be done without Unbreakable Spirit, but it's effectiveness can't be used as often.

achievement_dungeon_ulduarraid_misc_03.jT16 Protection 4P Bonus - While at 3 or more stacks of achievement_dungeon_ulduarraid_misc_03.jBastion of Glory, your next inv_helmet_96.jpgWord of Glory will consume no Holy Power and count as if 3 Holy Power were consumed.

Assuming you're already only using your Eternal Flame or Word of Glory for self healing when you are at 5 stacks (or when you desperately need it), this would just be a free heal at the cost of a GCD, instead of costing you a shield of the righteous as well. This helps your shield uptime, and when using Eternal Flame, means you can have the HoT on yourself almost 100% of the time without losing much effectiveness. There's been some discussion on this tier talent vs going 2set+ret gear for better haste, but the healing is very helpful, and parry/dodge are still great stats for avoidable abilities. After testing the data with SimC, there's almost no time you would EVER pick offpiece gear over this 4set, the uptime gain on SotR is about 10%.

Note: This bonus does in fact work for Eternal Flame. It also was fixed on PTR before 5.4 that you can't just blanket the raid in Eternal Flames, this 4set only works when cast upon yourself.

      Hi all!
New set item is better than the old one or the item's sinergy don't work well with the old set items? I know, my question is strange, but what is the common opinion? I know all the patch notes have info for set item changes, old ones have the new set stats, all set item is up-to-date in normal.
But my Akkhan Crusader build is not working well. I have a new  Frydehr's Wrath & Blade of Prophecy . I have 1892paragon, have a good gear, good stats, right skills+passives, high leg.gems, cube is ok, caldesans etc. My dps is almost 4mill, but the solo 104 is my maximum (in a very good gr map).
New ones is better like old ones? This is possible? Anyone in same feeling?

      Hi everyone,
I, like many others, are trying to maximize DPS for their respective classes, mine in particular being ret paladin.
In general, it seems like there are several sources of information for dps for each class.
Icy Veins Mr Robot Raidbots (Simulation Craft) Warcraft Logs Each with its own set of criteria as to what determines high dps. And I find inconsistency when bouncing between the different sources. I want to understand what am I missing when it comes to each. I will lay out what I currently understand, and would like some feedback as to what I may not be considering in each as well as some advice as to what other options I could be exploring (resources) to further the insight into whats applicable for my current state.
      Icy Veins
For Icy Veins, in particular, the stat weights, are mostly vaguely determined. From the ret guide:

If I am reading this right, its Mastery >= Haste > Ver >= Crit = Str
      Mr Robot
I use the addOn and I subscribe for the Best In Bags function. When I plug in my information in, the site recommends that I go with my 2pce t20 and balance around my legendaries with a focus on haste pieces (haste gems are emphasized).
      https://www.askmrrobot.com/wow/simulator/report/a42136294c7f40b2b7ee78023306d786
Stat weights as listed in MrRobot:
      MrRobot Stat Weights
From what I am seeing, Crit is most emphasized, and the one crit gem + ring crit enchants were originally recommended by MrRobot here. Also another notable thing here is haste being way behind crit's potential.
      RaidBots (Simc)
For RaidBots, I use the addOn, and play around with various items I hoard, and use the stat weights functions. Generally the feedback I get here are to stick with the current gem setup and with regards to stat weights, emphasize at my current setup with crit. It also says I should drop some of my high ilvl pieces (935 head, and 960 chest) for 4pce (915 head, lfr 890 chest)
      Gear simc:
      https://www.raidbots.com/simbot/report/d3Qbkf6nqpoP4bxQ9YB2m
      Stat Weights:
      https://www.raidbots.com/simbot/report/6NkVYwEaTW26FxD4wBwey4
      Vers -> crit -> mastery -> haste -> str
      (versitality first?)
      Warcraft Logs
I mostly use Warcraft Logs to check what the top dps players (ret pallys) are hitting and what setups are they running. I don't want to specifically link player armories in here, but upon some investigation, you'll find most are just stacking haste
      ---
I understand stat weights are relative, however it seems like everyone has different priorities, one says mastery, another vers, another crit, another haste?
      Help me understand.
      Thanks,
      Exploit

      Hello,
The Sworn is recruiting DPS.  We are a Horde guild on Arthas and our current progression is 4/9 Mythic TOS.  We only raid two nights a week, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:05 PM until 12:05 AM Eastern.  Currently, our main goal is to push Mythis TOS progression versus clearing farmed content, please keep this in mind if you wish to join us.
From you, we would expect 100% attendance during your trial period; after that if you cannot make a raid or will be late it is mandatory to keep the raid leader updated.  In order to continue making good progression while raiding only two nights a week, we expect that you know your class inside-out and will research any bosses you are unfamiliar with prior to raids.
If you are interested, you can either reply to this thread and link your most recent combat logs for review or hit me up on battlenet, Violentnacho, recruiting officer (violentravi#1826.
      Thank you for your consideration
      Xoxo
