A few questions on maximizing the gain from Flurry's Winter's Chill:

It is recommended that you when you cast Frostbolt/Ebonbolt, immediately use Flurry and then cast Ice Lance.

The travel time for Frostbolt/Ebonbolt is slower than Flurry, meaning your Flurry will hit the target before Frostbolt/Ebonbolt, letting  Frostbolt/Ebonbolt benefit from Flurry's Winter's Chill.

My first question is:
1. Is there a minimum distance for this to work? ~15 yards?

There is also a instance where you can get 2 Ice Lances off from a Flurry when you have extreme haste stat.
You do the normal Flurry follow-up with Ice Lance, but you move towards the target after casting your Flurry and cast another Ice Lance, letting the 2nd Ice Lance to hit before the Winter's Chill expires. Moving towards your target will reduce the amount of travel time for your Ice Lance's to hit the target.

My second and third questions are:
2. Is there a minimum distance to the target and minimum distance you need to move towards your target for this to work?
3. What Haste % should you have for this to work?

1.  Yes, there's a minimum distance, and it is around 15 yards, and it seems to be based on flight time not character to boss, so taller bosses like Krosus or Chrono which cause your abilities to fly up to them have a little more room for you to stand closer and still benefit. However this is just what I've noticed during kills(having 100% crit chance on Ebonbolts despite stacking in for the first power overwhelming/avoiding Orbs during later bridge sections), I may just be getting lucky crits.

2. I generally will use a Shimmer to close the gap between the Flurry and the 2 Ice Lances, works well at just about any distance from the target where I can utilize the whole Shimmer distance.

3. I only have been able to get it to work reliably with lust/IV and my Whispers procced with 17% haste unbuffed.

      Hi all,
Im not sure where to post this but im hoping someone can help or at least point me in the right direction.
TL;DR - My DPS is awful and i want to increase it
I played fire & frost spec back in cata upto 85 and have recently got back into WoW again and finally realised what people talk about when they play "end game" i wish id known about raiding sooner!
However, My DPS isnt great at all im eq 959 ilvl but my DPS comes out as low as 8-900 sometimes or i can hold a steady 1.1-1.2M. Simc comes out around 1.7M (obviously in a perfect world) but i still feel im doing something wrong.
Ive watched videos, read forums and im sure my rotation is right. Im using Flask, Food and Runes and Pre-potting. I have some logs here of garothi.
