Cheap deck (any class) that can get to a decent rank? (no miracle)

I was wondering if there was a standard deck that was reasonably cheap, and can get to a decent rank with (rank 10ish or lower). I am getting destroyed by people with full quest decks, hoping to craft one soon myself, need a decent deck for now.

A lot of decks can get you to ranks 10+ at this moment, as the meta is very unstable. You could go for pirate warrior, as most of the decks don't run techs, as they want to fully use the power of the deck, which can be punished by aggro decks. I haven't had the chance to play that much yet, so maybe someone could give you a better answer.

I can answer to you only if u name the main Heroes you playing.

i can advice , otherwise, to make a simple Elemental Aggro Shaman.

I don't know if you have figured out a solution to your problem yet but if not I have some suggestions. 

The Midrange Hunter is very cheap and from personal experience has a great win-rate against Quest Rouge and it is one of the two decks I am currently using with slight modifications.

Combo Purify Priest  is a little more expensive than the Hunter but I've personally played it and I can say it is very good though I have not used it on Ladder I do have a handful of friends who hit legend this month with different versions of this deck. 

Lastly, Budget Quest Rouge is doing very well on the ladder and it cost about the same as the priest i mentioned above. I think it has a slightly higher learning curve, as it takes some time to master, but once you get the hang of it it does preform well.

@CherubrockThe paladin deck is quite the opposite of cheap, having 4 legendaries and 2 non-adventure epics. As for the first deck, you might be focusing too much on discard synergy - it's a game mechanic that plays against itself.
