This amount of roster swaps cant be healthy and will reduce the competitiveness of the teams which need to readjust till they get their shit together, which can take months. Kinda sad we have come to this.

SO many changes. This is actually the worst thing in E-Sports. Everyone thinks a roster slot will solve something that is entirely a team game. Chemistry and knowing your teammates reactions is the only way people get good at that level. They all have mechanics, they all understand the game, they all know what they and the opponent need to do... throwing a new player at it is almost never the solution. They need to find a way to at least lock it for a season! Changes at mid-season throw the whole thing away.

It'd be interesting for their to be requirements for teams to have made no swaps to the main team for a certain period of time in the run up to a competition. Would possibly make them be a bit more cautious about just picking up and throwing around players.
